+ -1 moreHe was very good. Once you put this meter you don't get charged for the normal water and sewer, you get a separate charge for outdoor watering and that is what he did. He was here for 4 hours. We had to buy the machine from a certain place that the Town recommends and after it is installed we need to get it inspected and approved by the Town. Price wise we did not have anybody else coming in for the same job so we did not compare anything but we think it was very fair.
Description of Work: We used Sullivan Plumbing to put in a meter for us.

Description of Work: Clean Wave Plumbing owned by Justin Sullivan.,,,,changed the faucet on the outside of my home and added a good easy turn off valve with nice handle on the inside. (all through a basement wall.

Description of Work: I have used Steve Sullivan a number of times to upgrade systems in the 1895 home we bought in Swampscott recently. He installed a new toilet in a half bath, he replaced an ancient sump pump, and he connected up a gas line for a new gas range to replace the electric one that came with the house. Steve works with his nephew, and both men are extremely pleasant, hard working, and neat. I also find his prices very reasonable. He comes when he says he will, despite being very busy, and he doesn't leave until he has checked and double-checked his work thoroughly. As it is just he and his nephew, I am not sure Steve would be the guy to call in an emergency situation, but if you have projects like the ones I described that you can plan for in advance, you can't go wrong, in my opinion hiring Steve Sullivan. The spending estimate provided is total amount for all jobs.
