+ -1 moreExcellent eperience all round. Called on day one. Carlos came on time as promised 2 days later. He did not try to oversell the job, and finished in approx 30 minutes. Very professional and at a reasonable cost. Cut 2 extra keys for me with no extra charge.

+ -1 moreCarlo came to my house about a month ago to fix my front door lock which was stuck and not working. I had the contractor try to fix it to no avail. Carlo came, fixed the lock quickly and then looked at another lock which wasn't working. He told me that he could fix it, but that the door frame would be under warranty and he would replace it for me. Which he did. He went, ordered it, got it, and came back. They had sent him the wrong size so he had to return it. He returned it and ordered another. Carlo then came and replaced the door frame. For free! Since the frame was under warranty he felt like he couldn't charge me anything. Of course I insisted on paying him for his time, but I was so pleased to work with a professional who cared about honor and integrity. I would hire him again in a moment. Enjoy his work.
