I called the day before New Year's Eve with no heat in a zone as a new customer . The office called me back in the 2 hours promised and scheduled the work for 8-10 the next morning. Cutter arrived at 8 promptly and took care of all issues. Prompt professional service you rarely see in a contractor Deserves an A+++

This happened on a weekend and found Puleo Plumbing to be very responsive.

They did a great job. I know the installer had a couple of space related issues in the basement but he handled them and left us with a great new hot water heater working perfectly. And he was very professional, explaining what he was doing while also dealing with my three young children who were very interested in the process. He completely cleaned up before he left. I have used Puleo plumbing for other projects previously and have always found them to be professional, proficient, and easy to work with.

Extremely disappointing. The young man showed up appeared very sleepy like he had just gotten up. It was just after 8 am. I did the majority of the talking and he provided some very basic info. He was at the house for about ten minutes. He never wrote anything down while he was in the house, nor did he when he returned to his vehicle before leaving. I asked when we could expect to receive the written estimate and he said a few days. It has been three weeks and we have not received anything. This would have been a significant job with potentially more updating work to follow. Can't believe that even if he didn't follow up and provide info that the person who books and dispatched him didn't follow up. I was going to call directly and inquire but then I decided I wouldn't have pursued work with them anyway based upon in this experience.

Helped process all the state incentives for the work. And they did great work.
