Horrible experience from start to finish. Purchased a groupon back in June and called immediately to schedule an appointment. It took them 3 weeks to come out just to look at the job. I never heard from them so I had to call, they told me I was scheduled over a month out. I was planning a party and asked if there was anyway they could do it sooner, they told me if i gave them an extra $100 they could. I waited, they didn't show. I had to call back, they rescheduled, I waited, they didn't show. I called them once again to reschedule, they told me I was the first on the list the very next day. I got a phone call the next morning telling me they are coming out. They ended up showing up at 2:45pm, a lot later than the 9:00am I was told. They didn't prep the driveway like I've been told is common, not even a leaf blower to blow off large debri. I watched them seal over leafs. All said and done I have lines and discoloration, and they even got the product on the garage doors. The only thing reasonable was the price, but I would have never purchased the groupon had I known any of this. the job took about 30-45 mins to do, not bad for a 2.5 month wait.

The painted a whole room (basement) for $ 99 as a coupon special I got off of Amazon.com coupon deals. Three painters came on time and spread out drop clothes then cut in around the trim and put two coats up everywhere. They cleaned up and even took the empty paint cans for recycling. I had no problems with them at all, nice guys very helpful. I liked it that they took the empty cans for recycle so I did not have to deal with it.

Workers did a poor job from not protecting with drop cloths to overspraying paint but the worst was applying the paint too soon after pressure washing and not giving the wood a chance to dry properly. The result is the paint began peeling severely within 2 years and now the house neds a complete repainting.

I had initially hired them because the decking was falling apart and it needed to be reconstructed. They did the job during last fall. They did a horrible job. In the past, they had done some great painting for me. However, they took on the masonry job and guaranteed their work. They did the work during the previous fall and it fell apart during this spring. It was disintegrating. They kept saying that they?d come out. They didn?t come and they didn?t call me either. Finally, I had to threaten them. I got them to come in and I asked them to do what they said they were going to do. I reasoned that since they weren?t making any money from me the current year, they were busy making money from others. They finally came out and fixed the concrete last Fall. They have not called me since. I?ll not use them in the future. UPDATE: Winter 2010 the decking is once again crumbling, the bulkhead was never completed and during our conversations of last Summer it was clear I was considered a PIA and I considered them a poor contractor for exterior work.
