Description of Work: I got all my questions answered over the phone about cost and cleaning process and about how long it would take to clean my three rugs. They picked up the rugs on time, the driver wore a Magarian shirt, so I knew instantly who he was. They delivered the rugs on time. Only wish they'd covered them with a loose covering or plastic when they delivered as it was pouring rain, but I was prepared, so no big deal. I would use them again. Totally professional but friendly!

+ 0 moreThe price was fair. Talking with them was very easy and they are more than accommodating for pick/delivery if we wanted it and when we wanted it. The work they did was excellent. Everybody we dealt with in phone conversation at the store was great.

+ -1 moreVery convenient, plus they did a good job. They picked up and delivered the rugs, cleaned them well and offered to cut pads if necessary. They keep very detailed service records, so when I called for information on my rugs the woman who answered the phone told me exactly what was going on and what the timing would be. They were a little late for the pick up, but apologized and logged my dissatisfaction, and made up for it when returning the rugs by not only coming right on time, but calling to say they were en route a few minutes before arriving.
Description of Work: Cleaned 4 oriental rugs: 2 8x10, 1 6x9 and 1 11' runner.
