+ -1 moreYes, random project I know but called Justin of Justin Epstein Masonry and he came out that afternoon to look over the removal of the sidewalk and called me the next morning with a quote. It was the most reasonable quote that we got. So we agreed upon the date and he and his crew showed up on-time ready to go. He had some tough spots to navigate with his heavy machinery but did so and made it look easy. Justin quoted an hour and was done in 50 minutes. His professionalism was much appreciated and would WITHOUT a doubt hire Justin Epstein Masonry again... Thank you Justin and crew

+ -1 moreJustin came to look at the project, agreed to do the work in two months time, and then failed to respond to any emails, phone calls, or text messages over the course of a month leading up to the estimated time of the work. The time he agreed to do the work has come and gone. Had to hire another mason.

+ -1 moreJustin’s work was great - can’t even tell without looking cery closely that the 100 year-old wall was repaired. His price was much more reasonable than other bids. Would definitely use again. Reason for the one “B” grade (in responsiveness) is that he was so busy (due to the tough winter of freeze/thaw damage to many in our area and waiting for the delayed spring weather that would allow repairs), he wasn’t the easiest to reach or get scheduled. But that was true of his competitors too. And he did apologize and explain the situation in his outgoing vm message.

Description of Work: A year ago Justin installed a nice brick walkway and replaced a concrete step with two granite steps. Once we agreed on doing the job it was very difficult for me to get him to return calls or text messages. I contacted him early this fall about another job which he said he was interested in doing and would get back to me and he never did. Even to say no is better than to be left hanging or wonder if I should pursue it. I would not use him again.
