Terrible service for our home garbage collection. Big company that is unable/unwilling to put you in touch with local management when there is a problem. And we often had a problem of the truck skipping our street or the driver unable to find the place. You file a complaint, and when you call back the 800 number they say that the complaint has been transmitted but they are unable to say if and when the truck will come. We are done with them.

They are very good, and they are punctual. They collect the trash weekly, but we are seniors and do not create that much garbage. We would prefer if they came every other week.
