+ -1 moreI was very pleased with my recent service visit from Jonathan at Chimney King of New England. I purchased the fireplace from another company last year. The fireplace only worked a few times and then would shut off. Jonathan quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the faulty parts. Within an hour or so, my fireplace was working again just like before. He was professional, honest, courteous, and respectful. Jonathan also educated me on some of the inner workings of the fireplace and items to look out for next time around. An excellent customer experience.

I had 3 companies provide quotes and Jonathan was by far the most knowledgeable about the process, code requirements, and he had several suggestions for how we should approach the job. Installations happened over two days, results look great, and he walked me through the operation of the unit to make sure I understood everything.
