Description of Work: contacted Regal to get a quote to have three tree's taken down and the stumps ground down. They responded quickly and schedule an appointment to come out and look at the job. They on time for the first appointment and quick to get me the quote back. I had already contacted two other companies, and Regals quote was the best so we scheduled the work. They arrived when they said they would and made quick work of the job, cleaned up afterwards. | |We are very happy with the work they did and ever aspect of the job and will use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Regal Tree and Shrub Experts removed a down tree from a recent snow storm that was hanging over one of our backyard sheds. They were able to remove the tree safely without damage to the shed. They also removed another tree that I was concerned about falling. Also, they pruned one of our large oak trees and installed cable supports to secure twin oak trees. Overall great work and they were very responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had several fairly large oak trees taken down, cut into lengths for firewood and one stump ground. The largest tree had a double trunk, one which arched over our neighbor's property. | |Kevin, the owner, was on time for both reviewing and performing the work. I received the quote the next day. Every email message was returned within a day including liability insurance information. | |The crew put down plywood sheets wherever they drove over the lawn. No ruts or tire tracks. You'd never know they drove the bucket truck on the lawn. The crew was very creative and talented taking down the double trunk tree. All the work was completed in one day. They cleaned up and left the property the way they found it. I have used two other tree services in the past to do similar work. I highly recommend Regal Tree.

Description of Work: They removed 5 trees and then did stump grinding. On the positive- 1) the owner really knows his trees and how to prune, remove them, 2) They had a very good safety program and approach 3) reasonable estimate, 4) were professional and efficient. Cleaned up well afterward. On the negative- 1) They missed their original date due to scheduling issues, which was Ok but they should have called sooner, 2) They did not promptly confirm the future date, 3) they arrived at 0700 and began work, which was too early for such a loud job in my neighborhood, 4) They did not communicate well. I had to call and remind them to come back to grind the stumps. They did not communicate well via email. Much better by phone. I would definitely use them again as they are better than others I have used.

Description of Work: The tree in our front yard hasn't looked this good in years. Regal sprayed the tree this spring to keep the leaves from being eaten and so far it has worked well.

We had a tree that was on my neighbors property that was dying and residing our power lines for both of our homes. Kevin indicated the tree was dying and should be taken down. I was very happy about the price and the level of service provided by Kevin. I would highly recommend him for any of your tree needs he was punctual and courteous and checked to make sure I didnt need to get out of my driveway.
