Installed 2 upstairs bathroom ceiling fans.I had bought the fans already and Mike installed them,but had to come back the next day as the fans were not connected correctly and i had some of the air from the fan blowing into the attic instead of out the duct to the outside. To his credit he came right back the next morning to fix the problem.He was very courteous and professional.

Mike & Paul were a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about what they were doing and communicated exactly what the issues were and what needed to be done to fix the problems. Already scheduled some future work to be done ( upgrading smoke detectors) based on a very good first impression.

Scott responded to my initial phone call (on Sunday) immediately and came to my house within a few hours to give me a free estimate. He was very detailed and spent about an hour trying to figure out the issue with my 220v line. I hired him for the job and within 3 days he came back to run the 220v line. Punctuality, reliability knowledge and work well done are definitely the reasons I would highly recommend Michael MacDougall Electric for the job and if needed I will hire Scott again.

He quickly figured the 1st step would be to try a new breaker. It worked so did not have to go further to determine any other cause.

He is very communicative. He emailed estimate promptly, showed up on time and fixed everything perfectly.

Called on Saturday and Mike thought he could have someone here on Tuesday. However, he contacted me on Sunday and said it was possible to do it that day at the same cost as on the planned Tuesday. The electrician came at the time he said he would, diagnosed the problem, went out to get the appropriate replacement circuit breaker and had it installed in a very short time. Communications were excellent, work was very professional and the electrician was a very pleasant person. I highly recommend this business.

He and partner arrived on time and finished quickly the same day.. He was able to walk through and explain everything he had completed. He was very organized, clean, professional, curtious and great pricing. There was a large amount of work but he had everything under control.

It was a small job and it appeared that the contractor did not want to do it. I would have preferred that he just told us up front that he wasn't interested.

Overall entire job went excellent! Communicated very well throughout the process, came down to give estimate , completed all tasks in a timely manner and was charged a fair price. He also cleaned up the work areas well. He was very friendly and courteous . We would highly recommend his services and use him again for any further electrical needs.

He did a great job. He was very responsive with the emails. He came twice because I didn't have what he needed. He was on time. He worked very professionally. He did a marvelous job. He was clean through the whole process.

Mike was prompt, polite, courteous and professional. He came to my house and installed the outlet for the under the house garage first. He then proceeded to install the outside lights, inside switch in kitchen(for option to keep my backyard light on longer) and replaced the interior lighting fixtures. Throughout his time working, he always explained what he was going to do and asked my opinion along the way. He wanted to be sure I was happy, especially with the direction/angles on the outside lighting. He always cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend Mike and will have him do any future electrical work needed on my home.

Mike was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. He turned my and quot;dungeonand quot; of a basement into a and quot;like newand quot; basement in just a few hours. He installed a ceiling fan through my attic and into my master bedroom, through layers of insulation and left no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Mansfield area.

Mike was great! Excellent communication and completed the work very fast, on a Saturday. Installed three new motion sensor lights and fixed a few random minor electrical issues inside the house.

Finding an electrician who will bother with a very small job is rare. Michael MacDougall is that person who will answer your call very quickly and show up at the time he said he would. After telling Mike what we needed to have done, he came down, gave us an estimate and returned two days later (on a Saturday morning) to complete the job. He was professional, easy to talk to, and just a very nioce guy all around. The work was accomplished to our satisfaction (and his price was great) and he left the premises as he found them except for a new receptacle and a replaced receptacle. I'd highly recommend Mike for any type of electrical work.

Mike did a nice job fixing some broken light switches that have been a challenge. He was timely, and took care of the job to specifications. The job itself had some minor difficulty to it, but the part I appreciated the most was that when I originally contacted him, there was a second job that we expected to be more complicated. When he came to inspect it for an estimate, it turned out to be a pretty simple issue that he was able to take care of on the spot. He could have claimed this was a bigger deal and charged us for more work than was necessary, but he was very honest about it. For us, that was more important than the immediate task at hand.
