Kitchen Views

We worked with a "kitchen designer" and I chose cabinets. They were minimally assistive, as most ideas I had from looking at Houzz I was told wouldn't really work. I'm not sure how up on trends they are and feel the functionality of my space and design aesthetics probably aren't all they could be had I worked with someone else. My real complaint is with the lack of customer service. Was told cabinets would be in a specific week when I ordered them that week came and went and I had to reach out to find where they were. When they did come in and I scheduled a delivery they told me they could not tell me the time until the next day at 8am which at the time sounded reasonable. Next morning they apparently show up at my house at 7:15 wait around for 15 minutes and leave and say they can't come back until next week, again holding up the job. When I call literally 15 minutes later, and still before 8:00am when i was told to call the day before to find out when the delivery is, they tell me too bad. I spoke to the person we ordered from and he didn't even apologize, arrogant. I'm sure had he lifted a finger the day before he could have seen we were slated for a 7am delivery but apparently wasn't willing to even look into it. They have our money now and feels like they don't care. I would most definitely suggest looking elsewhere and saving yourself some major hassle.

It was awesome. We got cabinets and counter tops through them and they did the design for us. They were very patient in the design process. They were very helpful every step of the way. The contractor was wonderful. We are extremely happy and the kitchen has become the heart of the home.
