Work done promptly came on time

The job went very well and completed in the same day. Prior to the work being done, Roger provided me with a quote the same day as my initial contact with him. He called me two days prior to the scheduled installation to confirm. Roger arrived at the time he said he would on the morning of the job. He first walked around the house with us to plan out the job and give us options on where the inlets could be placed. Once the job was planned, he went to work. He was efficient and cleaned the areas after he finished. He educated me on how the system runs and on bag replacement. The price for the installation work was as it was quoted to me. I highly recommend Roger to anyone looking for central vacuum systems.

He returned my call promptly, and explained how to clean the vacuum system myself, and then called back to make sure I was successful. This saved me the cost of a service call. I'm very pleased.

Roger was prompt, courteous, professional and personable. Our system was acting a bit funny and not up to par, so we knew it needed some attention. Roger took the unit apart and diagnosed the issue fairly quickly. The repair did not take that long for him to do. After that he repaired one of the central vac outlets that had a slight leak. I really liked that he explained everything and did not try to "upsell"! On a different note, we have a rescue dog that is a bit shy and Roger was so good with her! Very glad we found this company. *** I used the vacuum after writing the details above - I knew that our system wasn't running right, but I had no idea that our system wasn't nearly as powerful as it should have been. Holy camoly that thing is ridiculously good now - thanks Roger!

Roger walked me through how to fix my central vac. It was a simple problem and he was quite a ways from my home. He recommended that I not get a "tune up" that another company suggested since it would be a waste on my older system. This saved me a lot. I replaced the part myself and all is well. He was very helpful and if it wasn't for the distance I would have used him.

Roger was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Once it was installed he walked me through how to use it and clean it etc. we are thrilled with our central vac, my husband and I sometimes fight over who gets to vacuum!

Told me the unit is too old and is unable to obtain the particular part - handle w computer chip - because those parts are just not available. Did not charge for the diagnosis or the time spent trying to find a replacement part. My second time with this shop and first experience was similarly positive. Service is professional and trustworthy, and seemed reasonable. Highly recommended.

I called George this morning as our central vac was down. He was on site within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and laid out our options. We opted to install an updated system. Roger installed a central vacuum for us. He was was reasonably priced for the side of the job, friendly and courteous to deal with and did a very professional job. I really appreciate it and would hire him again in a second.

Roger is fantastic! He installed our central vac system when our house was constructed 10 years ago (he was chosen by the contractor), and his service has been fantastic over the years. He did a great job expanding the system when we finished the basement later on, and sent us some free accessories when I offered to install a replacement part myself without him having to make a service call. Last week, when a motor went bad and my wife was panicking about cleaning before a dinner party, he came the same day to make the repair -- and his rates are very reasonable. Can't recommend him highly enough!
