Company indicated too far to travel

They’ve been very good to work with and I still use their services. They’re reasonably-priced and they don’t do the service if it’s really not needed. For example, if it hasn’t rained for a few weeks they don’t come out to mow the grass.

A & L Lawncare are excellent!!! I don?t think you could find a better company to work with. I recently spoke to the company owner (Michael) expressed that his work continues to be excellent, that he and his people are professional, and best of all, this company is HONEST.

I contacted Mike for a quote and he came out within a few days and took a look and quoted me for the work. Once I was ready for the work to begin he had a crew there within 2-3 days. Very prodessionally done and with care.

Very quick, very well done. Especially friendly whilst being professional... That's what makes him unique... So many of these guys act as though they're doing you a favor just cutting your lawn. Not Mike; treats us as though we're his biggest customer. Give him a try and you will not be disappointed !

He came right down. He was very personable and I felt he could do the job. He has completed the job, but he will come back. I wanted a couple of the shrubs trimmed smaller. He did trim them nicely. He said he would be happy to come back to make them smaller. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and he did everything I asked him to do. He stands behind his work.

Can't say enough about Mike. Our beds and bushes have never looked so good! Since he did such a great job we have hired him to mow the lawn every week or so. A couple weeks ago he showed up and saw that the mulch had washed away a little, or so he thought, he said no problem "Ill clean it up." I was very impressed that he took pride in his work. This week he showed up to mow the lawn again, and the same mulch was strewn across the walk way. I'm sure by now he has figured out that it our dog that has been digging and it really wasn't the rain, but none the less he cleaned it up yet again!

We've used them for a few years. My husband broke his back and we called Michael came right out and started on our lawn. I can't say enough good things about him. He also does spring and fall clean up and snow removal.

Quality is satisfactory and price is reasonable. Mike is pleasant to work with and is better than the other company I used only once last year.

MIchael has always been responsive, timely and dependable which has been great. We found his rates to be reasonable and are pleased with the work he has done. Would definitely recommend him!

Mike and his team were great to work with. Mike came out and gave me an estimate of the work. He was upfront with his time frame, since he was already into his regular seasonal work, letting me know he couldn't get to my yard right away. But what he did do was break it into two days. He came in early May and did the lawn clean up (my lawn looked great when they were done). And, because he had already had to push me back due to inclement weather, he continued with the work even when it started to pour on them when they were here. He came back this morning to cut back around the perimeter of my yard, cutting back into the woods 5 feet around. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The yard looks great, the kids have 5 more feet to use and the thorns and wild overgrowth are gone. Mike will come back once more to spray the poison ivy (he was supposed to do it this week, but once again, it is about to pour!). I will definitely call A & L lawncare to do a fall clean up and a spring clean up again next year. The work is great and the price is fair.

They are very flexible with their scheduling. Their prices are completely fair. They are very diligent workers. He does the yard work when I need it, not just a standard schedule. He does high quality work.

Found Mike on angieslist.com last year. Contacted him too late in the season last year, so made sure we connected early this year. Mike replied very promptly, and showed up a bit early for a walk thru the yard. He listened to what I wanted done and made some recommendations, which were very good. Spring clean up went great, and the yard looks awesome.

Michael Sienkivicz, the owner, came and gave me a free estimate of the work. I found him to be very personable and professional. He very clearly stated the issues my lawn had - and clearly stated what his process was and what I needed to do(watering) -in order to have a beautiful, healthy lawn in time. (doesn't happen overnight) He came for the estimate on time and called me the night before the work was to be done.He did everything he said he would - raked, thatched, cut, appliedcrabgrass preventer - treated poisin ivy - the lawn looked beautiful! - even with my patchy areas. His price was very reasonable. I was impressed by Mike's integrity and look forward to an on going relationship with his lawn company. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their lawn 'repaired'.

It went very well. Mike came out and gave me a estimate. I thought the price was good so I scheduled the work to be done. He was on time and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. I would use A & L Lawncare again.

They exceeded my expectations, all of the debris was removed and looked as if it was never there. Unbenownced to us, there were large chunks of pavement underneath some of the debris. They did a great job and I have signed up for the yard cleaning and lawn care service as a result.

Responded to initial phone call promptly, showed up for estimate on time. Scheduled work quickly, again showed up when promised. Work completed on time, yard looks great, very satisfied.

We've been working with Mike at A & L Lawncare for our landscaping needs since 2011, and have nothing but great things to say in terms of his professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. He would always answer our questions and explain things thoroughly. Some of the highlights include: * During a windstorm in October, our glass patio table flew over the deck and showered the lawn with glass. Mike was there within a day to clean up the mess, leaving the lawn safe for our kids to play in once again. * During yet another windstorm, one of our trees split, and left a huge branch in our lawn. Before we could even make a call, Mike was already on our property with a schedule for the branch removal and cleanup at a very reasonable price. * Fertilizing the yard in such a way to make it safe for our children to play outside. * Finally, he has gone above and beyond in performing additional weeding and sprucing up during the summer to keep our home looking in tip top condition. I'm thrilled with the work that Michael and his staff have done. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry (called me back the next day) and even though we played phone tag a bit (my fault), he was every patient and professional. He came to see my property just a few days after I contacted him. We walked through the yard and I explained what I needed done (cut the grass, mulch & edges all of the gardens, trim an evergreen hedge next to the property line, remove/prevent weeds). Michael took the time to listen to me, ask questions, and make suggestions. He was professional and courteous throughout. The work was done in just a week or so after initial contact, and everything looks fabulous! I plan to use A&L Lawncare for all my regular lawn maintenance from this point forward.

I called Mike after being exasperated by the very poor job done by another snow plowing firm in this very snowy winter. My driveway had been left too narrow to navigate and was filled with ice ruts. Mike sent a snow plow over right away to see if he could improve the situation - which he did. He widened the mouth of the driveway making it safer to enter and exit, widened the full length of the driveway, cleared access to my mailbox, and cleared away some of the turn-around area. The driver must have spent 20 minutes trying to clear away some of the dangerously icy ruts. On top of this excellent service, Mike followed up with me to see if the job had been done well, and worked out what my work schedule was like and when I needed to be able to get out after a storm. He provides professional, friendly, and high quality service.

Mike was very courteous on the phone and ensured that our driveway (two-car garage) would be plowed and cleared during and after the storm. He had his plow truck driver come twice due to the over 20 inches of snow we received. The driver plowed our driveway then got out of the truck and shoveled in front of the garage door to ensure that there was no snow blocking our door. A&L Landscaping was very responsive getting back to us at 9 pm the night before the storm and promised that our driveway would be cleared at a time that was convenient for us. I felt that A&L landscaping was very courteous and gave us the option to have our driveway cleared at a time that we wanted, not when they wanted. Mike (the owner) was very kind and a nice person to deal with. I have already recommended them to a coworker who lives in the same town...

A & L Lawncare was hired by us last year for snow removal. We needed the driveway plowed after each storm by 5:00 am so I could start my commute to work. We could not be happier with the timely service we received or the fine job that was done. We will be using him and his team again this winter.
