They are very good. They come out as soon as you call, and they are very courteous. They do their job. I would use them again in the future.

They will come back as often as needed. They are a little expensive, but the service is very good. They are responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this service again.

They have always been fine and pretty responsive. I pay $185 for the annual contract. I have been using them for 5 years. They listened to my concerns about not using bait to trap the mice. They were very knowledgeable about the chemicals they used for the termites and answered all of my questions. I think they are fairly prices but I don't know what the competitive looks like. I did have to wait a couple of weeks for their squirrel man to come out.

They are fabulously responsive. There is nothing that I dislike about them. They fit you in right away. The price is very decent. If you see any pests in between regular visits they will come out right away. They will keep following up until you have no problems.

They seemed pretty efficient and knew what they were doing. I haven't noticed any termite activity since they were here.

I have used them three different times and they have been very good. I had them out for spraying for the ants and it cost $300 for six months. They actually had to come back. So, they came back right away and sprayed again. They were very timely and I was very surprised at how punctual they were.

Overall, we are very pleased, to date. Ant traffic is significantly reduced (on the deck we haven't seen any in ~2 weeks; previously we could turn our heads and see 3-5). The poison is and quot;slow-acting,and quot; designed to be carried back to the nests for maximum effect, so we were told we might see a few stragglers until the nests got wiped out. YPC has a and quot;6mo guaranteeand quot; that we haven't tested, but apparently if the problem isn't solved within 6 months of them providing a treatment they'll come back again for free. I hope we don't need it, but it's a good idea; we purposefully chose not to spray the kitchen, for example, and to be judicious overall, because with the guarantee we knew we could have them come back if the problem was worse than we thought. As of now, we'd definitely recommend Yankee Pest Control to other people with a similar problem.

We use them because our friends used them because they had ants and they were really happy with them. We had them come regularly and treat everything. We have to pay upfront for their service. I spent about $300 on that service. Our experience with them has been great. They have done a great job and have been very professional. They were good in helping us get rid of mice and really treated everything. They did go beyond and they put traps and at one point they said that they don’t even think there are mice in our house, but he was just treating it and I thought that was nice.

Come every year. Nice. Proactive. Will continue to use them.

They are good about following up and calling when it is time to redo them. Their service is really good. They respond very quickly.

The pest inspection was similar to my home inspection, as it was very detailed and I peppered questions to the service technician throughout the entire hour appointment. Kevin did a great job answering my questions and gave me some practical advice on what to do/what not to do after I move into the house. Many other people do not get an additional pest inspection, however it was the best $140 I have spent in a long time.

Brian was professional, intelligent, educational, punctual and pretty thorough. I would not hesitate to call them again (however, if the spraying winds up not working, I would be less enthused). The company just came today... so time will tell.

Everything is good. They did not try to scare me into a contract with them for something I didn't need. They are always punctual. They are also really nice and polite and friendly. The last time they came I had a problem with ants covering the lawn with nests which they don't normally treat but they were nice enough to do it anyway.

If there are any problems in between there or signs of pests, they come right back out. I have a yearly contract with them and they do a fine job. There are never any problems. They are quick and accurate as well. I would recommend them.

Since they have been on the job, I can't remember seeing an ant in the house. They have been great! I had to call for a question of infestation one day and they were out within three hours despite the rain, checked it out and answered my questions.

Kevin from Yankee Pest came and inspected the entire house for termites. Within the first few minutes, he found live termites in the soil. He examined both the exterior and interior of the house and made an estimate for treatment.

Kevin was on time, very courteous, very friendly. He completed the work quickly, and he answered all of my questions (about various types of insects). I signed up for the year of coverage, which means that Yankee Pest will come back in the fall to spray again. Yankee Pest did our pest inspection two years before; I didn't compare prices when I called them for this work.

KEVIN WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND THOROUGH. HOWEVER, THE ESTIMATES HE GAVE WERE HIGHER THAN THE HOME INSPECTOR ADVISED ME I SHOULD EXPECT.
