Everything was done quickly and at the price discussed. New porch looks great. Already hiring them again for some reframing and roof work.

David has been fixing up our challenging home for years. He was creative in installing a ventilation unit in our kitchen even though the ceiling wasn't easily designed for such an outlet. It looks great and has been working well. He has replaced doors, including large window sliding doors and removed a decaying set of stairs, replacing them with siding like we requested. Always reasonable, reliable and pleasant.

After getting three quotes we ultimately hired Dave because the quote was reasonable, and he really seemed to know what he was doing. We are so glad we did. We needed an old, less-than-safe porch taken down, and replaced with a new porch that descended down into an expanded deck. It was beautifully done. It was also done timely with attention to detail. When Dave was working on our deck, ours was his only job until it was done - and he was really patient with all our questions and last minute requests - both of which we really appreciated. Overall, we found him responsive, clear about costs and expectations, and skilled at his work. We would happily recommend him to friends and family, or hire him again.

David and his team did a good job from start to finish. He is always punctual and responsive. His pricing is reasonable. He is willing to work with us on our change requests. The basement is nicely done, the door works great. The deck is beautiful and sturdy. We will definitely call David for our future projects.

While replacing some rotted wood he noticed an essential support beam wasn't, wow. He replaced it. Better than ever. Professional, reliable, clean work. Will definitely use him again.

Dave was very responsive and demonstrated his experienced and practical perspective in the first visit, and he proved to be reliable and consistent once work started. For example, he always shows up at the time that was agreed, takes measures to avoid making a mess in the house, and cleans up after each work day. Dave has been a great help with helping us make decisions in terms of materials to use and style. Our kids responded well to Dave and team, which further helped make the project a positive experience for all. Finally, the work itself came out great and thanks to Dave's eye for detail and quality of work we've received many compliments on the final product.

Dave did an amazing job rebuilding my two-story Victorian porch. While other contractors wanted to demolish the whole porch and rebuild for outlandish amounts of money, Dave determined that the 2nd story was completely sound, and worked diligently to demolish, re-support, re-frame, re-finish only what was needed. I was impressed every step of the way, and haven't stopped receiving compliments on the porch since!

Success! Rails on the deck are no longer lifting up, I have a new front door that is more energy efficient, and best of all, David was able to design a 'baffle' (he calls it a shroud), to go over my heating system intake--two years ago it was nearly obstructed from all the snow and posed a safety hazard--I had cobbled together something then but wanted a more permanent solution. David used leftover roofing tiles, and some vinyl covered wood panels to create a 3-sided 'mini-house' that fits over the intake pipe, has plenty of open space for air to pass through, tucks up against the front steps, and blends in so well with the house that you don't really know it is there behind a small bush. It looks so good that I will leave it there year-round instead of taking it away in the spring. And after all the snow we have had, it works very well--Thank you David!

Dave was a consummate professional. He presented with a detailed proposal, showed up when expected and on time. He also cleaned up after each day and allowed me to have a functioning sink for many weeks while the cabinets were on order. He did excellent work and I will continue to hire Dave in the future. I highly recommend and in addition Dave was extremely patient with my lack of understanding and vision and helped me through each stage of the process to understand, being a single women home owner this was extremely helpful. Dave is prompt, clean, reasonable & above all a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He would come up off hours if had to finish a job do to my deadlines. He is friendly, & caring very much about the jobs he does! I have recommended him to several others and they also have called him back for more jobs. So reliable!

Dave always does an A+ job! He's punctual, reliable, very reasonable and does fabulous work. More than once I've wanted something done and Dave suggested a better and cheaper alternative...he has a great eye for what works best. No one works on my house but Dave and his crew!

While Dave was responsive and we believe he would have done a great job we thought is price was unreasonable for a two day job. We found a different carpenter that did an excellent job for half the price.

First of all--They were pleasant to deal with, did their work well, and let us know if they found something that needed fixing. With their experience they made recommendations for problems that we might consider having them fixing now while they were there saving time and money. We would recommend them they were that good! Work was done in the Spring of 2015 before we sold our house.

He rebuilt our deck. It is a second floor deck and he built the staircase. He is very knowledgeable. He knows everything inside and out. He was efficient and reliable. he was pleasant to work with. He was very personable.

Provider came for an estimate and never followed through with the estimate. Complete waste of my time.

Dave was willing to work with us on scheduling a date on short notice. Everything went well. They are a very hard working crew. Happy with the result.

We needed to have this project completed before we moved into our house with our rambunctious toddler. Dave fit us into his schedule and completed the work in less time than originally thought. This was a great experience. Dave Parson, the owner, was prompt and professional, and the work was first rate and fairly priced. They showed up when they said they would, they completed the work in two days, they worked with the building inspector as I asked, and they replaced our front steps with good quality wood. My experience with them was very good. They had excellent workmanship, they wee prompt and they did a nice cleanup job afterwards. Nothing but good results from them. I spent $8000 altogether.
