house cleaning
+ -1 moreI have tried several house-cleaning services over the years and have found that they all tend to slack off over time and do an inconsistent job. I am happy to say that Zu has been cleaning my home for about 8 months now and delivers a good, solid, efficient, and consistent job every time. Her business name says it all--reliable! She is very flexible and willing to accomodate extra requests. As an added bonus, she's a pleasant person to deal with and is very considerate. I would recommend her and her company without reservation.
Description of Work: Weekly housecleaning of 5-room house.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreI have a large 14 room house, and have been living here for 17 years. Over the last 15 years, I have had house cleaners come and go. Zu, the woman and owner of Reliable Maid Services, has been with me for a little over a month now, and the quality of her work more than exceeds my satisfaction! She is punctual, dependable, thorough, and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY! In the very short amount of time I've known her, I not only value her work, but her friendship as well now. I can't say enough about how HIGHLY I would recommend Zu to others, and how grateful I am to have found her. In all honesty, I can say she is by far, the BEST house cleaner I have ever had, and I certainly look forward to having her around for a long time to come!
Description of Work: I don't believe that Zu, the owner, has any 'set in stone' routine services. Upon meeting her for the first time, she was most concerned about wanting to know what tasks I would like done. It is for this reason that I believe she treats each job uniquely, based on the clients expectations. She is flexible and accommodating and strives to make sure her clients are pleased with her work. I am a busy, single mom of 3, and my home for the most part is kept very clean. However, my schedule does not always allow me the time to do the detailed house cleaning I'm accustomed to used to be able to do myself. For this reason, I have come to rely on the help of a house cleaner once a week (without a doubt, it's the highlight of my week). Again, my house definitely errs on the side of neatness and cleanliness, but when Zu comes, she does a thorough dusting of the whole house, thorough bathroom cleanings (I have 3), vacuums, and washes the floors, and takes out the trash. She has also occasionally made beds, and has offered to change sheets, but I try my best for the most part to keep up with the beds, however, I'm not always successful :) Also, there have been a few times when my children may have left some dirty dishes in the sink and Zu has come through again. She is a pleasure to have each week, and an exceptional help to me! She is respectful, and her personality mirrors her work...OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
