Ken is one of the best. He is punctual, trustworthy, skilled and his team did whatever it took to meet the deadlines set, even when my 100 year old house threw in a surprise or two. I can honestly say Ken & crew are some of the fastest/efficient contractors I have seen. Ken was always very responsive to any calls and always showed up exactly on time...unlike many of the subs on the project, of which I hired because of their A rating on Angies. I actually had to hire a new sub through Ken part way through the project because another electrician couldn't get the work done in time, even though commitment were made earlier in the project. Next time I'll let Ken deal with the subs. Ken and crew did the demo, framing, insulation, windows, drywall, tiling, refinished hw floors, painted and some customer carpentry work. Everything he did was to code and passed inspection every step of the way. No question, I will hire Ken again and could not recommend him more. Side note, while I originally hired him for this larger renovation job a few months ago, and did excellent work, out of desperation I called Ken for handyman/emergency work. I was out of town during a snow storm and my wife called from home saying water damage had showed up on a exterior wall over night. Ken was at my home an hour after I called, inspecting the damage, removing snow and ice from the roof above the damaged wall. It turned out to be an ice d***. I plan to hire him back in the spring to fix the wall.
