Do NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY or @ Home flooring !!!! They Lie !! They don’t Show up !!! The work was awful with spots of stain and poly not properly put down !!! Then after not repairing the damage they did to my property and not fixing the problems to my floor they put a fraudulent Lien on my property for a Balance that was never agreed upon .. If you are foolish enough to hire this company make sure you get their insurance info and check everything .. they will try and tell you they put down 3 coats of poly when they only did 1 .. I went through H*** JUST Trying to help prevent somebody else from making the same mistake !!!!

I found this company through one of the online "deals" providers. I liked that they apply three coats of polyurethane rather than trying to convince me that only two are needed, the way some of their competition did. I originally had them do only two bedrooms, but I liked the result so much I had them come back and do the third. I dinged them with a "B" on professionalism, because they were satisfied to just give me a verbal quote and didn't put it in writing even as a text message until I specifically asked for one-- this could easily have led to a misunderstanding. And they seem to communicate primarily by text message, which I guess I am just too old to get used to. But overall they deserve a solid "A" rating, because they provide a phenomenal value. For not much more than the price I would have paid their competition to refinish two bedrooms, I have three bedrooms completely refinished and some awful scratches buffed out in two other rooms in which the floors were otherwise fine. I'm completely satisfied and would certainly use their services again.
