The experience was good. Frank is a very nice man, easy to work with, and very accommodating. I think my only negative is that he's so accommodating that it extended the time the work was completed. Other than that I really didn't have any other complaints and the remodel came out really good.

For some reasons my other images did not show on the previous review only the kitchen light did.

Slow to respond to calls / messages to arrange . Once work started, quality appeared ok ; other than workers breaking kitchen globe and never mentioning it till I noticed a couple days later . Was told would be reimbursed but wasn't . One day after work completed went to the home and notes counter top peeling off immediately called and sent photos to business to repair was told multiple times they'd come and arranged scheduled times but no one showed . Work was done in February it is now August to say I've been patient is an understatement. I believe work is probably quality if you are some big company or spending half a million dollars but for the average home owner you're customer service you receive is substandard.

At first I was worried about the time consuming of theconstruction but his team made sure everything was done on time. The permits and the materials were all done and they were exceptional when it came to details.they even had paint left over so they offered to paint my bathroom and they just were better priced then other contractors . They also are getting ready to work on our basement.

Mr Frankselio Dasilva, the owner of Vallcher Construction, is very knowledgeable, and very professional. He is highly recommended for most any general contractor project.
