Paul's Custom Marble & Granite

Out of the many estimates that I obtained, my decision to go with Paul came down to the overall cost. His price was the cheapest of the four estimates. Initially, I found Paul to be very personable and responsive to my needs and concerns. During the installation, there were two parts to one of the granite countertops. He and I both realized that the measurement of the smaller piece was incorrect. He then stated that he another piece from the same slab back at his shop and would return the next day. While it was being installed I noticed that the color looked different; when I inquired, he stated because it was raining, the slab had gotten wet but when dried it would match. After it dried, it still didn't match. I called Paul numerous times and sent emails. I never received any response. I thought about suing, but since I also had a backsplash installed, it would end up costing me more in the long run.

Working with Paul's Custom was a pleasure. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. His quote was lower than others we got, and his work was impeccable. Definitely check them out if you're looking for new countertops.

We had a great experience with this company; they were very professional and very attentive as well. The countertops look really nice, and they cleaned up after themselves and were tidy. I thought that their prices were very fair, and they beat their competitors by several hundred dollars.

Everything went as scheduled. The crew came and measured and within a week of picking out my granite, it was installed.

We talked to Paul, went to his showroom and selected Gallo Fiorito stone. Once our kitchen cabinets were installed we called and they came out and made templates the next day. Turnaround from templating to installation was 7 days. We are thrilled with the finished result, and the price was about $1000 less than an estimate we received from another tile company. We paid half prior to installation and half afterward. The stone looks great, the installation hides the seams well and fits perfectly on the cabinets. If you're in the market for countertops at a good price without sacrificing quality, I would give Paul a call.
