Oliveira's House Cleaning

They did a great job - came on time, under budget, extremely good job on the cleaning, and a few personal touches like a cute flower in the bathroom.

She is very responsible, dependable, and does a great thorough job in cleaning my large colonial house. Ladir is extremely trustworthy and I am often not at home while she is cleaning. She is a wonderful woman and my husband and I are very happy with the cleaning that she does for us.

Oliveira's House Cleaning has done a great job cleaning my house on a regular basis. Ladir (the owner) is very honest and does a great job cleaning. She is opened to criticism and uses them to constantly improve her services. She also gives us a time frame of when we should expect her to be at our house. I would definitely recommend her business.

She is very nice and they seem very professional but the price was too high. There was nothing wrong with them, they were very professional, and incredibly nice and I called and told her I wanted to get other quotes and I haven't done so yet. She was willing to negotiate the price but I don't think she was going to be able to come down enough. They would have gone above and beyond the services that most people would and maybe that is why they charge more but I don't require my house to be that immacquelant with a 3 and 5 year old. It's not going to stay that why so whats the point. They responded right away and were pretty flexible with their schedule and they were late but they did call. That is an issue for me because I need people to be here on time since I have a tight schedule in between children. They did call but they were almost an hour late and for me I have to be out of the house or go to the grocery store that day. I only have so much time in between time.

I am quite satisfied with her. She said she charged $25 an hour but she brings people so really she charges $50. I didn't realize that when I hired her so it was a shock, but her price is in line with other companies. She did a very good job and there isn't anything that I don't like. I just don't know them well enough to be excited about them, but I will be having them back.

Ladir is fantastic. As I stated above she's cleaned my house for a few years now and I am finally posting her information so she can get some additional business. Ladir is Super Super clean. She uses all of our environmentally safe products. She only needs instructions once and off she goes. We could not be happier. My wife sends her birthday cards and Christmas cards. I hope you like her as much as we do. :)
