Lermon did excellent work. They worked very hard and diligently to dig down to the basement floor level on the outside, then repointed, applied appropriate mortar and water sealing layers. They then installed a french drain to divert the water from the hill behind the house to pass the house and flow into the front yard. They then repointed the inside walls and added a layer of paint that will also help lower the humidity. Communication was very good. This is the 2nd time I hired them and I would strongly recommend them.

We hired Lermon Masonry twice. They made us a concrete walkway, expanded our patio in the backyard, and re-applied the poly sand in the old patio. They offered great quality of work with reasonable price! Highly recommended!

I have had Lermon do two projects at a small condo complex that I manage in Lynn, Ma. One waterproofing project that saved our units from being flooded. And one retention wall. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. He is delightful to work with. Professional, polite and communication is fantastic. He always answers a text or a call. I met and hired Lermon Masonry back in May repoint, flash, and replace chimney cap for 2 chimneys. He agreed and promised to start on the Saturday of Memorial Weekend. The day before, he had to "cancel" because it was predicted to rain (though the prediction was a light shower in the afternoon - and it was generally sunny most of the day). Nevertheless, I asked for the next date and responded he will check with his boys if they want to work on Sunday. He never replied. And subsequent texts and voicemails over the days after were never returned. Meanwhile part of the reason why we are doing this project is because the insurance mandated it. While I don't have issue that we have to do it, it is good for safety and maintenance, it mean we also have a deadline. Thus his bid wasted previous time to get the work done and his unwillingness to just say he does not have the availability means I lost even more time chasing him. If he has at least responded that he can't, I would have stayed mum even as I am set to scramble to find someone else before home insurance cut us off. But his refusal to respond to at all means 1-star for me.

Had them install large patio in our backyard. Estimate was fair compared to bids we received. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Expectations clearly laid out and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They work incredibly fast and cleaned up nicely. Sander really great to work with. Would hire again and recommended.
