Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Shawn walked me through the options and he was extremely knowledgable about the various product solutions, as well as, being tuned into the aesthetics of the solutions. He and his team were punctual, cleaned up the minimal mess that occurred during the job and they were extremely professional. Shawn had some great suggestions about future projects too, but wasn't pushy about them. He just presented them as things to think about and what the cost will be. I will definitely look to Shawn and his team for all of our future projects.

The owner was on site for virtually the entire transaction. His team was extremely careful and did a very high quality job installing all devices. I had a last minute request to improve the wireless signal for the internet (something they cautioned about) and they were able to accommodate the solution on the fly and completed it with very high quality. I could not be happier with the quality of work they performed.

He installed the system on time, working around our builder's schedule. Everything works great and Shawn is very responsive to any questions we have had. Could not recommend more

Shawn and his crew really know what they are doing. He gave us a detailed itemized list of all items. When we needed to bring down the budget, he had no problem recommending to us what could be scaled down. He also wired everything so that we can add to our current system any time in the future. Any questions I have had with our system, he has responded to us immediately and is always helpful and responsive. When I brought a small matter to their attention, they came right out and took care of it. It was a very large job. I would definitely use them again.

I bought a new receiver (the last one was 10+ years old). I had it hooked up to the point the home theater system was working, but I was dealing with cut-out and a few glitchy things, so I contacted Kreative to come look at it. Shawn quoted me $85 for the work, which I felt was fair and is what I was charged. His guys did a good job diagnosing the issues and getting the system balanced. They were delayed on a previous job so were a little late, but called me to let me know. Overall I would recommend Kreative and use them again.

Work went great, final price was very close to the estimate. Shawn and his crew were on time always and went out of there way to explain things thoroughly so there were no problems or question after they left.

I contacted Shawn in late November and he got back to me within a few hours. We set up an appointment for the following week to take a look at my needs. In addition to mounting my existing 55 inch TV on the wall, I needed advice/guidance on my current stereo equipment about what I should replace and what I could keep based on my current needs. Shawn came up with a proposal that addressed all of my wants. I ended up keeping the speakers in my living room and added a new DVD player, a Sonos sound bar and sub woofer, Apple TV and a new amplifier. Installation followed a couple of weeks after we spoke and was a breeze. Very neat and and everything was accomplished in about a half day. They even moved my FIOS modem as part of the process and they spent time teaching me how to use the new components. I could not have been happier with the entire experience and the system works great!!

The crew removed a 25 year old television set, estimated weight over 200 pounds, carried down a flight of steps and disposed of it. They then installed new equipment including a sound bar and insured its correct function. The work was performed on a cold wet day, and they removed their shoes at our front door so it would not soil our carpets. They left the work space spotless, were friendly and professional throughout.

Shawn and his guy were amazing!! They were patient with me (had no clue what was what), and gave the best solutions! Shawn was also so quick at responding and fitting in an appointment. I will 100% use him again!

The system is crammed in a cabinet in the kitchen. It is very difficult to work on. In on little cabinet there is a receiver, power amp. cable box, remote sensors, three sets of speaker connections and all of the interconnections associated with them. Shawns guy figured it all out and fixed it. I highly recommend Kreative AV.

Simply the best contractor I've ever worked with. Extremely responsive to email requests/inquires, called right away, scheduled appt. within days, and two technicians were on-time courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. In fact, I had requested work to be performed to set up my 5.1 surround by running all wires but they proposed a new approach that was cheaper to install and far superior to what I had. Seriously though, I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve it. Stop looking for alternatives; nobody is better than Shawn's team. I will definitely use them again.

Shawn was quick to respond to the initial inquiry and was able to take a look at the job and have the job completed within 2 days. We would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Shawn and his crew are great. For one, it took me a long time to get this project off the ground (he quoted me back in April), but he kept checking back in with me to see when I was ready to start. He was prompt responding to emails. We ended up buying the TV from him as well. Once we were ready to have the work done, we were able to schedule it right away, and they got it done in a few hours. It looks so much cleaner without all the excess wiring and speakers around - great for our son who will be walking soon! I would totally go back to Shawn if I need any more work done or if I would like to expand the universal remote system. Oh - and it ended up being less than the quote, which was a nice surprise. :)

I can't recommend Shawn highly enough! This was a complex installation because the TV is mounted on a brick wall over a fireplace, and the previous owner was not able to run the wires through the brick wall. Instead they were hidden in a hollow mantle, but were still visible as they existed ouside the mantle. Shawn and his very professional team were able to drill through the brick into a tiny space in the wall (very little forgiveness here) without damaging anything! They were prompt, clean, professional, and did an amazingly tidy job. I love the new system. It works as promised. Shawn gave me a very competitive price. Essentially all components are at cost, and installation costs are fair. They exceeded expectations and I'm definitely going to use them for future projects going forward since the whole system is scalable. I felt he treated my house as if it were his own. Extremely knowledgeable. Awesome.

Awesome job!! After the original TV company bailed with no explanation I found Kreative AV on Angie's List. I explained the situation to Shawn and he came out the next day to look at the project. Kreative AV was wonderful and so easy to work with. All the workers were prompt, helpful and courteous. The job was done fantastically and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely us in the future.

The kreative crew were prompt and efficient! I had several jobs for them to do that day. One of them was mounting our tv in our bedroom. Shawn got started right away, he had the tv up very fast. He had me check the position before he hung it. He is professional and knowledgeable. The tv mount was included and is quality, he has a variety to choose from. It looks great and they placed an outlet behind the tv so you cant see any wires. His electrician was very professional and knowledgable. If I mount another tv or need any electrical services will use kreative again!

Kreative, was very professional, there prices were competitive and within other estimates. They showed up on time, were responsive to texts and emails and the work was done, quickly and professionally. I would use them again and I would recommend anyone who is looking to do any home theater work or just to improve their sound and TV quality in their home.

Shawn and his staff did a great job. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were flexible with regards to arranging a time to come to our home. The scope of our job wound up being more extensive than we had anticipated, and Shawn's team was great about fixing things in a timely and efficient manner. His staff was professional and courteous. I spoke to Shawn at the end of July and he was at my house literally 2 days later to give me a quote. After that, they were able to start the work almost immediately. The work lasted an entire day. There were 3-4 guys working hard to fish cat 5e wiring through my walls and left no visible holes in the wall! They also mounted my tv and setup my surround sound system. I have no idea how they were able to run wires through the walls in some of the places that they did but my living room looks like a professional home theater. Thanks Shawn and team. I would do business with your company again when I need it.

Shawn and his team did a great job, the work looks seemless. All cables hidden behind the TV and through the walls.Shawn was also able to offer me ideas and options that I may not have known about or could find on my own. I reached out to Shawn after using several other providers who either weren't able to give me what i wanted and/or made things super confusing. After a year of not using certain components because I couldn't figure out how to work them with the set up that had been provided to me by other providers, I contacted Shawn. He not only responded immediately but came out for a site visit on the Sunday before his vacation. He continued to be incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout, including when he had to return for a second visit because one of my components conked out. Everything is amazingly simple now, and Shawn was even to program a component that is notoriously difficult to program (the folks who came before him recommended the component, but were then unable to program it properly). So all and all - an excellent experience. I intend to use Shawn again in the future with other houses I own and/or plan to build down the road.
