Excellent! They arrived on time, installed vents, left without incident. The trim on our house is cream colored, they tried calling several different suppliers to get the cream color but were unable and asked us if the white color was okay. I feel they went above and beyond to make us happy. Everyone was very professional and friendly and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Next time I have anything that needs to be done, I will definitely call Howard Construction.

Howard Construction arrived on-time, took about 3 hours to make the repairs and complete the job, acted courteously and professionally, and left the property (cleaned up) as it was prior to arrival. I would recommend Howard Construction.

I would like to thank Howard Construction of Malden for their fast, affordable services. I had a leak on my roof, within a day, they came to check it out, provided a quote, and by the next day the leak was fixed. I emailed later at night (outside of normal business hours), and the office manager, Jenny, emailed me and called me the same night. I want to take the opportunity to THANK Howard from Howard Construction Malden for his great service. Howard and Jenny are a wonderful team!!! I mean it. I had been calling many many companies to do a roof repair and it was taken days to get responses. I was becoming frustrated and as a home owner concerned. I called Howard's because I seen a company truck (at this point I was extremely desperate) and that same evening Jenny scheduled a visit. Howard was able to give me a quote on the spot and with in hours Jenny sent me a detailed contract. Hooray!!!I was impressed to see the owner of a company come to my home. The next day the repairs started. As a home owner I was happy. The work done was great! The guys working on my home were so caring of my home. I received a great email after the work was completed. The customer service was just great. I am thankful I was able to finally get my repair take care with this company. I would defiantly recommend a call to Howard Construction of Malden for your services.

It went well, from start to finish. Howard was right there, with texts and calls, so I felt "taken care" of. This is a man who gets the job done, and I loved seeing him in action.

Excellent! it was completed in 3 days. We had 8 roofers come and give us estimates then never come back or return phone calls. I called Howard on Thursday he called me on Friday came out on Saturday in 97 degree weather. We had an estimate on Monday he started on Wednesday and was done on Friday. Very professional and his crew was great.
