Mike and his worker did a great job. I wanted to have my entryway tiled and the existing flooring was a combination of deteriorated hardwood covered by linoleum. The floor was not level and had an area where the flooring peaked, it was not an easy project to level the floor and get it ready to tile. Mike removed the 2 layers of existing flooring and then leveled and installed a plywood subfloor. He came across problems along the way (house is over 100 years old) and was able to make adjustments to get the floor level. He then put down cement board and then tiled/grouted the area. All work was done over 3 days and Mike showed up promptly at 8am and worked throughout the day, only breaking for lunch. Mike did an amazing job, first leveling the floor impressed my wife and I, already the entryway looked better. He did an amazing job tiling the floor and offered options for how he could lay the tile. In the end he laid a new threshold in the doorway to the mudroom and all work was very professional and high quality. I would definitely contact Mike again when we need some more projects done and I have recommended him to friends already. My wife and I were very happy with the work, and the price.

Mike was very responsive with regard to looking at the work and getting back to me with a fair estimate. We had a rain delay and Mike stayed in constant contact with regard to rescheduling promptly. Today, Mike and his crew arrived right on time and got right to work. They did everything that was in the estimate and few little extra things without me asking. They did not rush the job, cleaned up beautifully and were very respectful while on site. I would absolutely use Mike and his crew again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was prompted getting back with me, came out to give me an estimate, (while another person I called still has not called me back to come for an estimate) Mike gave me some suggestions, that I did not even think of, witch made me happy after the fact that he did another post. was prompt with giving me the price explained how he came up with (supplies, Labor among other things) he came over at the time requested and did an excellent job, I feel the price was fair, the work was excellent, I was very happy to used Mike to do the job, I will definitely hire him for all my future jobs. Thanks Mike, you did a great job and I was impressed.

Mike and Rick removed a built-in air conditioner and installed a new interior and exterior wall, and repainted the wall. Repaired ice dam damage around bedroom window and kitchen ceiling and repainted, removed a built-in balance beam from backyard, installed a new front storm door and wood trim, installed new kitchen window hardware (arm openers and crank handles) openers, and installed a new kitchen faucet. These guys do excellent work, arrived each day at 8 AM sharp, worked very efficiently, the price matched the estimate, and even thought we didn't ask they provided us with the receipts for the material purchased from Home Depot. My wife and I are thrilled we found someone we can trust with our home repairs.

Mike and his team started this job on the agreed upon date. He and his team were very punctual and completed the job in a very timely fashion. Mike was very responsive to our needs, very professional, and did terrific work. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Mike's price for this large job was very fair. We are so glad that we had Mike do this job, and we would definitely work with him again.

Mike is the real deal. He is much more than a handyman. His prices are fair and he shows up on time, works hard and finishes the job according to plan. He communicates just the right amount when something needs to be figured out. I also needed his help on the best way to perform some of th work and he was able to come to great solutions with his creativity and experience. His skill is top notch and I cant imagine anyone else helping me with my future projects!

Everything went great. Mike and Rick worked very hard. Mike performs his work as if he was working on his own home. Mike is very knowledgeable in his craft. This is the second time we have hired him and have been very satisfied with his work.

He promptly called me back to schedule a time to come see the job, emailed me the estimate on a Friday, and then was willing to do the work on either the following Monday and Tuesday. Mike called me back within an hour of my initial call. He was honest to tell me that the jobs were too small for him to perform. However, he took the time to explain how I could probably fix these myself. I was impressed with his professionalism and willingness to try to help me.

Mike took out a window from an enclosed porch which was part of my living room. I wanted to close up the area to gain wall space. The porch is shingled and Mike worked diligently to replace the shingles...you would never know a window had existed either in the living room or the porch.

Even though I did not select him for this job I have used mike before. He painted a hallway, and 2 bedrooms. That was about 3 years ago and they still look great. Mike was always prompt and cleaned up good. I was disappointed his bid was so high on this new job. However I would definately use him again if his price is more competive.

Mike replied promptly when contacted and met me for the better part of an hour to go over the project in detail. Quote prepared with detailed breakdown of costs, rather than the one line estimate given by others. During the duration of the project, he was in close contact to keep me up to date and to make sure we were on the same page. I added some difficult work on repair of rotted wood on my shed and he came up with a solution and added that with no issue. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I'd hire him again.

Mike and his assistant were incredibly helpful. Mike is really excellent at listening to what you want done and giving smart suggestions and feedback on how to accomplish your home improvement goals. He is creative at coming up with cost efficient solutions to any problems. He is very careful to clearly communicate about the work details to ensure you are getting the exact work you requested. His expertise, and dedication to get the job done right was a huge factor in the success of preparing our home to put on the market. He always did what he said he was going to do and he always completed work on time. I highly recommend Mike.

Overall the work was completed in a timely, professional manner. When I ran into a few minor problems the response back to me was immediate and the problem fully resolved. The owner, Jim and the office manager Angela were terrific to deal with.

Called Mike, emailed Mike and texted Mike several times over 4 days and not one response. I used Mike in the past and he did a good job. At least a courtesy call is standard business practice. I don't recommend Mike.

I had Mike and his team in over two days for a variety of projects, from the mundane (closet shelving installed) to the more complex (rotting window frames and house shingles replaced and painted). All of the projects were done professionally, on-time and on-budget. Very friendly and knowledgeable service, HIGHLY recommended. I will be using Mike again for my next round of project work.
