Great. Will definitely hire Mike again.

Mike is a pleasant guy to work with. Responsive and upfront with the original quote. Did good work and kept the premises clean and tidy. I liked how the quote was broken down into price per area painted in case I wanted to paint certain areas myself to lower the price. I opted for Mike to do all the work. Good guy, good work and good price = happy customer. I would definelty use Mike again and would have no problems referring him to my friends.

I sent Mike an email and he contacted me within a day or so to arrange an estimate. He gave a detailed estimate for each job separately and let me determine which (if any) i would have him do. We also discussed whether he would buy supplies (a $40 pick-up charge) or I would. When I said I would, he gave me a detailed shopping list. We arranged a work date but had to push it back because of weather -- no concrete work in the rain. We rescheduled for another time the next week, right as I was going out of town, so I was not there to supervise the work. When I returned and looked things over, everything looked great. The missing fence slats and busted lattice were repaired, and he stained it. The handrail was secure and bricks solid. The water spigot did not leak and fit in the small space available. He also cleaned up the work areas. My only qualm is due in part to my being out of town, but he needed a tile blade to cut some of the tiles for the foyer. The only reason I had him do that particular job was because it was cheap (about $40, plus grout). The saw blade added 50% or more to that job, so had I been there, I probably would have left the few broken tiles in place if he did not already own the proper tools. But he did provide me with receipt. I appreciated his quick response, and dealing with me via email since phone can be hard during the day. Overall a very good experience.

Mike is an extremely hard worker. He replaced (and painted) several doors for me and repaired my bathroom floor, which had warped due to water damage. He was on time, respectful and very helpful. He also gave me an honest assesment of a job that didn't really need to be done. His estimate was accurate and he even picked up the supplies for me. I will hire him again in the future.

Mike did a great job. He picked up the materials, showed up on time as he also did for the estimate. The work was done with attention to detail. He had to cut and add a few pieces of floor tile unexpectedly, not a problem and no extra charge. I will use him again.

Worked hard all day long with his assistant. Finished fence and gate look great. Basement looks enormous without all of the garbage in the way :) We scheduled Mike a couple weeks in advance because he has been very busy (likely because of how great he is) He was able to move us up by a couple of days at the last minute because one of his other jobs wanted to switch days due to the threat of rain. Can't wait to find more work for him

We found Mike through Angies List and are very happy we did! Mike provided accurate estimates, met his schedule and a very high level of excellence in his work. He clearly wants what he does to be a showcase of his abilities. We've been looking for some time for a reliable and consistent handyman and we believe we've found him. I would highly recommend Mike for any project. On a side note, we really appreciated Mike not taking on work he wasn't comfortable performing. This is desirable from our perspective as we believe he won't extend himself beyond what he can do. We trust his work and only have positive things to say.

We really like Mike. This is the first time we used him and he was very prompt for the estimate and quote and a very hard worker when we had him on site with his assistant. We are looking forward to using him soon for some additional odd jobs.

Mike did a great job at fixing those little things that are big things to me just to my specifications! Even took it upon himself to temporarily fix the lights themselves as a couple were broken. Very pleased at understanding what I wanted done, priced it out & got it done!!

Mike was a life saver. My storm door had become totally unclosable after the stormy winter. Mike came, within 1- 2 weeks of being contacted, and looked at it and said that he could fix it. He meticulously removed the door, reworked the frame, caulked, fixed the door openers and returned the doors to their orginal state of operation. (Considering the doors were 20+ years old, no easy feat.) During the process, he looked at another storm door that I rarely use and saw that the same, if not a worse problem, had occured to the second door. He then proceeded to fix that one as well. I was thrilled!! I had gone into this issue expecting to possibly need to replace a storm door. Instead I now have 2 perfectly repaired, working doors. Mike also looked at some other things that I would like to have done, and I will be contacting him again, at some point, to get those things done.

I met with Mike to discuss some work that needed to be done in my home. We discussed each area in detail and Mike also was able to give me some recommendations/suggestions for some of the work to be done. Mike emailed me an itemized estimate outlining each project area and gave me dates on which he could actually come and do the work. He said the work would take 3 days. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and I was extremely confident that the work would be done in a professional and workmanlike manner. Mike and his assistant Tony arrived promptly and began the work. One of the entryways which was to be fixed resulted in the complete removal of the prior work that was done by someone other than Mike. Even though this was a setback, Mike was still able to complete all the work, even though it meant his third day was a long one. The entryways, along with ALL of the work that was done, is simply AMAZING. 75% of the work that was performed was being redone due to the poor workmanship of someone prior. It is apparent that Mike is meticulous, experienced and takes pride in his work, as he should. He is also an honest and very likeable guy, and I was very comfortable leaving him in my house to do the work. I have nothing but high regard for Mike and his work, and I am already putting my next list together in order to schedule him to come back for other projects. If I could have rated his work higher than an A I most certainly would have.

Overall, I am pleased with the work done and would hire him again.

Mike did an excellent job. He is extremely professional but also just a good guy to work with. He held fast to his estimate, but was flexible to add a couple of small items on the day of the job. He was friendly, quiet and worked around both me and our furnishings. Not only is this a guy you can trust to stay true to his estimates, but the quality of work is superior to all other people I have worked with. Frankly, he works on your place like it was his own. I can't say enough good things about Mike. He's made a customer for life our of us.

Mike had time to respond and complete the work right away. When he came to look at the job, he outlined how he planned to get into the job and got approval for all materials to purchase before he arrived to work. Called when he was stuck in traffic on the way to the job, completed in a timely manner, called me out to show me all steps of the process as he was working, respectful to work with. Reasonable cost, explained thoroughly. I asked for his business cards to pass along to friends--I am confident about his work.

It was excellent. Everything was done exactly as I had asked.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the outcome of the project, the time it took, the quality, Mike's versatility and creativity, Mike (and team's) regard for our house, his daily and end of project clean-up, and the cost. Mike accommodated our need to reschedule 2x due to delays in stone delivery. Once he started there were no distractions and job jumping delivering a great result. I've been remiss entering these reports; this is the 6th or 7th major job we've had Mike engaged in over the last 3 years. He's multi-faceted - a great carpenter and painter (inside and outside), he's helped us with cabinet work, media room design, rebuilding porches, gutters & downspouts, railing installations, and fence installations. All of his work has been outstanding. I appreciate his passion to deliver quality. He's has multiple skills - is pleasant, reasonable, and does excellent work. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants high quality work and satisfaction at the end of a job.

I would not hesitate to contract with Michael again and highly recommend him to anyone else.

Overall, from start to finish, I picked the right guy. Mike was punctual and convenient coming over the same day I called him. He explained what was to be done for all 3 tasks in detail. He emailed me the estimate (broken out by job) that same night which was greatly appreciated. He then offered to come over and perform the jobs on a holiday which kept me from having to take a day off from work. He arrived on time, walked me through what he was going to do, cleaned up after finishing each task within the job, didn't even take lunch and worked non stop until the tasks were done. I called him because of the Angie's List writeups and I was not disappointed. He even picked up all the odd materials needed for the tasks so I didn't even have to bother with that. I will hire Mike whenever I need anything done around the house in the future as my wife and I think he did a great job and is extremely professional.

Mike is a perfectionist and everything he does turns out great. He's easy to work with and for the work he does he very reasonable in price. Every time we work with Mike, we are always happy with his professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done on their place.

Mike communicated well via email and phone, and he arrived promptly at 8 am, as planned. He came fully prepared for the job, bringing several different thresholds with him, so that I could slect which ones I preferred. He had all the necessary tools, including a table saw, that was needed to cut the thresholds down to size. He was very respectful of my property, and laid dropcloths, and vacuumed up all the dust, afterwards. The thresholds were installed perfectly. Thank you Mike, again, for a job well done. I would certainly use him again. Also, while he was here, he loosend the metal-ball latches on the top of two closet doors, so that they open and close easier.

Mike was great. I had a number of small jobs that needed doing. Mike took the time to ask questions, give me options, make suggestions and also tell me what could and could not be done. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what would be done and how it would be done. I definitely felt more knowledgeable after he left. His pricing was very detailed & broken out into Labour & Supplies. He took the time to break out the invoicing between my rental unit & home unit. His willingness to work around my tenants schedule was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him and use his services again.

My facuet for the cold water sink in the main bathroom wouldnt move so we could only use the hot water... I called Mike and he was here within 15 minutes and had it fixed within the hour.
