Honesty and integrity are the words that come to mind when dealing with Maria and her team! I had a deck/porch floor that needed replacing and upon demolition the team found some structural deficiencies that they called to my attention. Having spent many years in the building products business I have a good knowledge of best practices and the remedy Maria and her team recommended were spot on. The deck is more secure now than when first build due to the enhancements that were made! The team was on-time, very efficient in the use of time, and kept the job-site clean and orderly each day. Brenno is an outstanding lead on Maria's team and is not only highly skilled at his craft he has a genuine care for doing things the right way! I don't make recommendations lightly, and generally don't leave many reviews, but you cannot go wrong by hiring this firm.

This was my best homeowner- contractor / provider experience by far. Maria and her team do excellent work, work hard and fast, keep you informed and make dealing with the unforseen problems- changes- adds easy. From start (job quote) to completion Maria was a pleasure to work with. She is a great communicator and project manager seeing to all work details including deliveries, local building requirements, and site cleanup and care. I could not be happier with my front porch foundation to 2nd floor redo. Pricing, work turn around and responsiveness was great. Customer care was outstanding. I highly recommend Maria and her team and look forward to our next projects.

Maria and her team were excellent. I had a high stairwell walls and woodwork painted - it was a tricky job as it is narrow and very high but it came out beautiful. The painter did not stop working until the job was completed and he was very precise. I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.

We've worked with a variety of contractors over the past year on home renovations, and no one has been better at communicating and making sure the job is done to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the deck extension and siding repairs. Maria was responsive, clear, and direct every step of the way, from providing an estimate to scheduling to completing the work. She communicated each step of the way, confirming that we wanted things done a certain way before doing it, and offering her own recommendations along the way. When I noticed one minor issue, she was prompt in following up to come back and address it.

Awesome job! Maria and her team from Giacominiâ s Construction did a fantastic job replacing my existing pressure treated deck with composite decking and railings. Maria was super responsive and followed up on all of my questions. On the day of the job, the contractors showed up on time, prepped the area and got straight to work. Maria also came to the job site to oversee the project. Everyoneâ s attention to detail and craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations! I hired Giacomini to paint the inside of my entire home. Wall, trim and ceilings. Maria was a pleasure to work with. She was here everyday, on time, and worked nonstop. Went above and beyond when I had a carpentry issue. She contacted carpenters she has worked with and they came the next day and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours at a VERY REASONABLE price. Thank you Maria for all your help and hard work.

They are great to work with. We did this during COVID issue in Somerville, so their hands were tied during the permitting process, but they were vigilant and in my opinion got us to the end much faster due to their persistence. Maria and her team were great to work with!

Maria and the workers were very professional. She worked with me through out the Painting Project. My very old Garage was so bad and it is now brand new!! They also stained the deck. I will be doing another project on my Front Porch.
