I hired Maria and crew to paint a bedroom, she was incredibly responsive and came back several times to make sure touch ups were completed. She is friendly and professional. I will be hiring her again for a much larger paint project.

Maria's crew did a very good job replacing deck boards, stairs & railing caps on 12x20' PT wood deck of raised ranch. There were a few things I had to point out to them (e.g., missing nails) but they were unfailingly courteous & took care of all my concerns. It was discovered that the underlying stair structure was rotting & they rebuilt the stair structure. With added braces & hangers, my deck was brought up to the current code and passed the building inspection. Maria was easy to work with, accommodating & prompt in answering my phone calls. Her crew did a good job removing all old boards & rubbish & cleaning up. I consider the price for the work to be fair. I am quite pleased with the final result.

They did extra work beyond what we contracted for, at no extra charge. And the repairs are first-rate. Maria is easy to communicate with (quick responses, tuned in to our needs, really nice person). The reason for 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because one of her workers broke a light fixture and didn't let us or her know, and left a pile of leftover materials on our lawn for a few days; but when Maria found out, she acted fast to take care of both problems, and told us she had read the employee the riot act and it will never happen again. I believe her! Solid company.
