ES Painting

I moved to the area 2 years ago and my contractor recommended ES Painting, Elcio Souza. The most recent work Elcio did for us was - repair and paint the exterior of my 3500sf+ house. He power washed everything, repaired or replaced rotted trim, and did some minor cement work around corners and foundation. He probably spent double the amount of time on prep work than on the actual painting. We have over 30 windows and french doors that he had to tape and prep and paint. One other attention to detail that I most appreciated (as an avid gardener) is not one of my plants or shrubs was damaged and no paint chips or any other dirt was left behind. His work is meticulous and I could not be happier. Elcio firts painted for us 2 years ago when he had to remove 40 years of old wall paper throughout the house. The walls needed a lot of work, removing the glue, plastering, taping - he prepped until it was as perfect as humanly possible. I love his attention to detail, cleanliness (never leaving any mess for me to clean) and his patience with my inability to choose a color, along with his helpful suggestions. When I not like the color on the wall and he couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging - stating it wasn?t a problem since all the prep work was done. He takes pride in delivering meticulous work. I got the quality work that I paid for and expected which too often is not the case. Elcio exceeded my expectations, I would use him again if there was something left for him to paint.
