The contractor who put skylights and a new window in our new home left us with large holes in the drywall around the molding for the widows and skylight. Also, due to unevenness in the slanted ceiling where the skylights went in, the molding of the skylights was not flush against the ceiling at all points, creating a less than attractive appearance. I wasn’t sure what needed to be done to remedy all the problems and several painters we spoke to decline to take the job because of the extent of the necessary repairs. Matthew Milioni and Jeremy Horning came to the rescue. They carefully removed the molding around the windows and skylights, replacing all the missing dry wall behind the moldings and created a seamlessly finished repair. They also managed to fill in the gaps between the molding and the ceiling so that the molding appears flush with the ceiling throughout. Then they did a super job painting the entire room. They even graciously moved some heavy furniture for us which we had put in the wrong place when moving in. Given the expertise and the care they put into the job their price was very reasonable. They are a pleasant and professional team and will carefully discuss with you the nature of the job to be done and all associated costs. We heartily recommend them for any job, great or small.

I called Matthew to request an estimate on all work above as well as fence repairs, (which I've put off for now), and he was at my front door the very next day! After receiving the estimates, we set up a time for his crew to come out and begin the work. I can't begin to tell you how pleasant, professional and considerate this crew of 3 were while in my home. They are the nicest guys you could ever want to have in your home. Their work is amazingly fast and good! I can't recommend them enough and I will certainly add their number to my phone for future projects!

Jeremy came out to our home on very short notice when we were in a tight spot. He worked very efficiently, and the quality of his work was fantastic. He was very polite, and cleaned up as he worked. He really earned our trust and we will be using Alpha Omega for all our renovation needs going forward. I highly recommend working with them.

The guys are excellent. They have good problem solving skills and are fast workers. They even went to the store to get materials I needed for the job. I have already recommended them many times to my clients and friends.

Several months ago I found that the dryer duct located inside the wall in the laundry room in the basement had corroded. I had a contractor lined up to do the job in July but due to unforeseen medical problems he could not do the work until the end of November. Since I was concerned about a fire hazard I needed to have the work done ASAP. I contacted Alpha Omega and they came out promptly. I received an estimate that was comparable to that of the contractor. Matthew and Jeremy came out the next week and completed the job in 2 days. The laundry room looks great and I can already see a noticeable difference in the room temperature since that was also a concern due to insufficient insulation. Matthew and Jeremy from Alpha Omega Property Services are definitely the "Go to Guys" for pretty much any home repair. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

I emailed Alpha Omega on Saturday 9/12 and received an immediate response. They came Monday 9/14 and finished the job in 45 minutes. Jeremy was very prompt, professional and courteous. We would definitely hire them again.

The gate on our fence had come off during the winter. Matt replaced and reattached new hinges and gate is working like new.

They were great. I didn't expect them to be able to get it all done in one afternoon but they did. They were easy to schedule, very friendly, and prompt. No surprises at the end on the cost, and everything looks great. The weather was questionable (storms on the horizon), but rather than reschedule, they showed up as agreed. When I need other handyman services, Alpha Omega Property Services will be the first place I call.

Outstanding! Matt responded quickly to my phone inquiry about replacing a banister on an oddly-shaped staircase. Jeremy was at my house the next day and was able to get the work done on my very short timeline. He was punctual, professional, and attentive to the details of the house. He came up with just the right solution, made sure the new banister matched the existing structure, and had the work done before I came home from work. He was also extremely tidy. Matt and Jeremy are excellent tradesmen and I was impressed with the quality of their work and service. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them.

Matt and his partner are great! They showed up and did everything within the agreed upon time. They are neat and extremely knowladgable about lots of different construction. They are honest, trustworty people that do great work!

I could not be happier. The stairs and the landing came out unbelievable, and the painting was spot on. He even took the time to do some additional painting updates.

They were unbelievable, that's all I can say. Their work was extremely professional, neat and the most curtious team I've ever had as a contractor. The quality of work that went behind building these sheds were superb! The painting job they did was very neat and clean. I have recommended them to all my friends and relatives of which they already used and would recommend them to anyone. You can see on their website the sheds they built me from start to finish. I am extremely happy with them and will use them again very soon for other work.

Jeremy and Matthew were great to work with! They were very quick to respond to emails and calls, and were flexible with our schedule. They did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They also stayed a bit longer on the job to finish up some painting without charging me for another hour. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend their services.

We called Alpha-Omega because our garbage disposal broke. Jeremy and Matthew fixed it within 1 day of when we asked them to do the job. Excellent turn-around time! We have used a number of plumbers in the past and the price of this job was also less than others would have charged. While they were here, my wife wanted a few other things fixed: a door seal fixed and painting over some chipped areas. We loved the speed, quality, and price of this job. I would highly recommend them for handymen-type jobs!

Matthew and Jeremy responded quickly, and were ready to offer suggestions as to how to inexpensively repair a leaky shower in a condo rental. The job required a fair amount of legwork to match materials and saved me thousands from a what a GC would of done. They were tidy and responsible with all followup and details.

Matthew and his crew showed up earlier than predicted and was very kind and professional to interact with. They did a quick and thorough job and provided very reasonable rates for this service. While I understand that they do not always do snow removal as a service, if their work ethic during this job reflects an overall work ethic, I would not hesitate to recommend them for handyman work as well.

I contacted Alpha Omega in the hours leading up to the Blizzard of 2015 inquiring whether they might be able to help shovel out after the impending storm. Matthew contacted me very quickly to let me know that he would be driving by the 2 properties where I needed assistance in order to give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. The following day they showed up during the height of the storm and did an amazing job clearing my walkway, making a path the my car etc. I was the first one on our street to have the snow cleared and was very grateful. The also came back to both properties very early the following morning to clear away new snow and create a parking spot. They were extremely responsive, helpful, courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them again the next time I need a handyman for our house or for our tenants at our rental property.

I'm totally amazed by this service. After Blizzard Juno, I thought that I arranged someone to help with the clean up however on Wednesday I couldn't get in touch with them at all. Around one I gave up and tried to find someone else to help. When I found Jeremy it was late in the day and I didn't think he would take the job. He said that he had just finished cleaning all the jobs that he had gotten earlier but didn't want to leave me stranded, so he made a special trip back out to help with my clean up. He was very prompt for the arranged time and I was more then pleased by the job that he did. I'm truly amazed at the work. I can't say thank you enough and I highly recommend him for any projects you might need to do around your house.

With a growing list of deferred maintenance and repair items, the Alpha and Omega team helped me to prioritize the projects based on the condition of the items needing attention, the time of year, and my budget. They were flexible in working around my busy schedule, and they completed all the absolutely necessary work in the agreed on timeframe. They also provided free estimates for work to be done at a later date. While removing a very old satellite dish from the rooftop, they identified some deteriorating shingles badly needing replacement to prevent serious water damage to the cuppola structure. Great initiative as well great craftsmanship.

They went in to a professional office building and did a rather large emergency job (Third floor toilet breaking through a rotted floor) without me even being on site. They stayed in touch with me over the phone and e-mail so the job would be done to my expectations with the materials we agreed on. I had used them previously for some smaller AC insulations and liked their work, but this was an emergency and my tenants were not happy. When I got back from Holiday to view the project I was extremely impressed with the quality of the mud tile floor the painting of the walls and the ceiling repair to the floor below. It was as if I planned a bathroom renovation project. My plumber then reported to me about the quality of the sub floor installation and the professionalism or the work that he witnessed. They did everything to his installation specifications perfectly and in perfect time as to not mess his schedule up. The tenants were equally impressed for typically a job like this is inconveniencing them for days. I have a will continue to use Matt and Jeremy for they are the best I have ever used. As a Landlord for over 20 years I have never had a property management service work this well. Trust me I have used many over the years. They did a great job. They stayed with in price. They did it quickly, and we are very happy with the fix.

at On both occasions they showed up on time. Once they came in the evening because I wanted to be home to show them the problem that I was having so they came at 6:30 in the evening. They remedied the problem that evening. The second time they also showed up at the appointed time. This was a much more involved project that required about 5 hours for two people to complete. When they were done the job was fine and they left the house very clean, you could not even tell that a full days work had taken place. I have already talked to them about some exterior work that I need done when the weather warms up and been assured that they will be able to take care of this matter having to do with a brick walk way with the bricks starting to sink into the sand surface.

Outstanding! Their estimate was lower than we expected it to be after they came out to inspect the job. They arrived when promised, completed the bulk of the work in one day, returned when promised after the mortar had a chance to cure, and finished with a thorough cleaning of the steps. I was considering doing this job myself and realized when they were done that it would have taken me 5 times as long and they did a vastly superior job than I ever could have! Matthew and Jeremy were very professional, high integrity, efficient, and extremely capable. My wife and I could not be more pleased, plan to use them for several other projects, and recommend them without qualification.
