+ -1 moreTHEY AGREED TO COME BETWEEN 8-9 A.M. ON A TUESDAY. THEY DID NOT CALL OR SHOW UP. THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD AN EMERGENCY AND DID NOT HAVE MY CORRECT PHONE NUMBER. I RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR JUNE 11 BETWEEN 8-9 A.M. AT 9:15, THE WOMAN APOLOGIZED THAT THE SERVICE REP HAD TO COVER FOR ANOTHER PERSON. NO SHOW/NO CALL. NO THIRD CHANCE!
