He is a neighbor of us. I was very pleased. They did a very good job. My neighbors have stopped and told us that they were admiring the walkway. They did a nice job. Everybody has admired it. It came out very nicely. We were pleased. He let us pick everything out. He sent us to the tile place to let us look. He was very good about getting back to us. They were very punctual and on time.
Description of Work: They took out an asphalt walkway and put in a brick-shaped four-foot paver walkway.

Jeff first gave me an estimate to replace some tiles in my shower stall, following my plumber's necessary demolition. He kindly searched for the older replacement tiles that would match my existing tiles. But... when Jeff gave me an estimate to re-tile the entire stall, with more modern tile and more reliable grout, the price was so favorable I jumped at it. The bathroom is now beautiful!!! Aside from the nice price, Jeff was so reliable, so communicative, using e-mail, cell phones, and appointments, and reliable estimates. He referred me to a reputable tile supplier, he made pro-active recommendations to save time, money, and was willing to shop for materials for me. His people were great, too. His tile setter noticed I was missing some small tiles in my bathroom floor, and asked me if I had extra. He popped in the tiny replacements at no charge. They left no mess, and even cleaned the garage out of all dust -- including dust and dirt that had nothing to do with their work.
Description of Work: Re-tiled a shower stall, after removing old tile. Removed and replaced window frame in shower stall window.

Jeff and his workers did an excellent job on the project. They were responsive and courteous, and they listened to our concerns, while also suggesting improvements to the some of the details in the project. The demolition work was done quickly and professionally, and the workers did a good job keeping the apartments very clean and tidy. During the rough framing, they listened very closely to our concerns about the locations of plumbing lines and their relationship to light fixtures and other bathroom accessories, and they quickly and professionally made the modifications if an issue ever arose. The plumbing work in particular was excellent, and the plumbers were able to thread the plumbing lines through a very old building with almost no disruptions to the existing structure. The electrician was also very responsive to the slightly different concerns in each unit's bathroom, and did a good job with his work. Jeff's company obviously specializes in tile-setting and finish work, and this showed, as they were very careful and precise in the installation of the marble tile in the project. Finally, the cabinet-maker was able to address our very specific concerns with the shelving, and the cabinetry greatly enhanced the appearance of the bathroom and the common spaces. As for the management of the project, Jeff was very low key and approachable; he kept the paperwork and change orders to a minimum, and the work was largely completed on budget. My only concern with the project involved the scheduling, as we were not sure exactly how long it would take to complete the work. However, this was due in part to the fact that we were ripping up the center of a very old house, and the demolition work had to be completed before we could fully ascertain the nature of the existing conditions; ultimately, this was not a concern for us, as the demolition work did not reveal any substantial problems. Overall, we had a great experience working with Jeff and would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We live in a triple decker composed of three separate condominium units with different owners. The project entailed the addition of a second full bathroom in both the first and second floor units, which was achieved by demolishing two existing closets in each unit, as well as the shelving in an adjacent china cabinet. Full bathrooms with a shower were then added in this space, and the china cabinet and one of the closets in each unit were reconstructed in a new configuration. In addition, built-in shelving was added along a hallway in the second floor unit. An existing plumbing wall and vent stack which served a washer and dryer in the second floor unit were substantially upgraded and modified to serve the new bathrooms, and upgrades to the lighting and electrical systems were also included in the work.

Jeff was responsive, communicative, and flexible. He identified shortcomings of the existing cement board, shower pan, and subfloor, and corrected all of them before tiling. We changed the details at the last minute, specifying fewer decorative tiles and more complex patterns. Jeff and Benjamin contributed ideas, helped us make decisions, and in the end did a really nice job at a really nice price. The tile work is gorgeous! I am really pleased that we hired professionals for this job rather than doing it ourselves!
Description of Work: Reworked shower pan. Replaced subfloor with new plywood. Installed ceramic tile on shower walls, curb, and floor, tub deck, walls surrounding tub, and bathroom floor. Installed cut stone shower shelves, curb cap, and room threshold. Installed tub front with access door.

Without hesitation, I recommend Jeff Veglia. In fact, I already have several other projects in mind for him. I was impressed with Jeff from the outset. After looking at my old bathroom for just a few minutes, he came up with excellent ideas on how to make the best use of the available space. When we encountered a problem, which is inevitable in an old house like ours, he quickly devised an appropriate solution. In short, he is very easy to work with and has good ideas, but is not pushy about them. He is very responsive to calls, virtually always responding within a few hours. Equally important, he is very good at keeping the project on schedule. In the five weeks it took to complete the project, only three or four days were missed because of scheduling conflicts with sub-contractors and building inspectors. The sub-contractors, for plumbing and electricity, all did excellent work and were very personable. Finally, Veglia?s own crew is excellent. They are hardworking, friendly, and respectful of the fact that their work is by its nature intrusive. I was particularly pleased to see that they worked a regular eight-hour day. In closing, I will note that my brother is a building inspector. Every step of the way I conferred with him, even sending him pictures of the work in progress. He gave the results high marks, as do I.
Description of Work: Jeff Veglia's crew completely rebuilt a full bathroom on the second floor of our house that was built in 1915. They first gutted the bathroom to the studs, after removing the bathtub and other fixtures. At Jeff's suggestion I had the new walk-in shower installed along the outer wall, rather than using the old footprint of the bathtub. A new, vinyl window was installed to go with the shower. Before framing the shower and installing the new mirror, sink, and toilet, all of the old pipes were removed and modernized. The wiring was made GFI, and a new ceiling light and fan were installed. The walls and ceiling were then insulated and covered with blueboard. Durock was installed in the shower as well as a copper pan and subfloor for the tile. Next, tile was installed and grouted in the shower, the main floor and about 30" up the wall of the remainder of the bathroom. A pedestal sink, cabinet mirror and toilet were then installed. Finally, the non-tile parts of the bathroom were painted.

Jeff suggested a very conservative method for trying to fix the leak rather than going with tearing out the whole shower as some had recommended. He only removed the ledge of the shower and resealed the liner and then replaced it with some new tile. He was able to get the color tile I wanted and quickly. The fix has worked (has been about 3 months). Very prompt, clean, and professional and called me to follow-up two weeks later.
Description of Work: Fixed a leaking by removing tile, resealing shower liner, installing new tile. Worked with glass company to remove glass doors in order to do this.

Jeff Veglia is a superb contractor who demontrates a great deal of integrity and skill. He is a really conscientious and takes pride in his work and wants his customers to feel throughly satisfied. He is a good communicator. He showed up at our house during the job almost every day of the project. He always answers his cell promptly.. Jeff is genuinely respectful and this attitude ils consistenly displayed by his entire crew. Over 10 workers were involved with the project. They arrived on time, worked with only a short lunch break, and always displayed an awareness that either my wife or I were in the house and never let their work area spread unnecessarily and managed noise well. 2 of the workers- Elvis and Johnny- who were almost always on site- did a thorough job each day of cleaning up with an industrial vacuum, stacking materials neatly. The plumbers (both licensed) were highly skilled and insured that we understood options or problems. Jeff and the plumbers noted that without expense we could shift the placement of a pedestal sink- in a way that would look good and create more space. They were careful- anticipating a new medicine cabinet and light fixtures- to insure that everything would fit well in the new proposed setting. The electrician and the painter also reflected the skill, accessibility, and respectfulness of Jeff and others in his crew. One major plus was that all the members of Jeff's team get along well with one another and genuinely seem to like each other. You never feel you are negotiating tensions between crew members. I think all the positive attributes of the crew are testament to the model that Jeff sets and his outstanding leadership. Jeff is a really good guy, shows a good deal of integrity, and is a pleasure to work with. He not only has good ideas- he is a really good listener- you never feel you are being steamrolled. My wife felt really comfortable with him and his crew- and they quickly picked up that she was an equal partner with me in making decisions and giving input. I absolutely recommend Jeff to others with contracting projects. He is first rate.
Description of Work: Jeff and his team remodeled 3.5 bathrooms. Our house is over 100 years old- and any remodeling that had taken place had occurred decades ago. 2 large full bathrooms were fully gutted/ in 1.5 bathrooms all but walls were gutted. New plumbing replaced old lead pipes. Floors were leveled. Walls rebuilt New tubs, sinks, toilets were installed. Some new lighting settings were established and new fixtures were installed. New tile was laid, that included accents. Half of walls were painted Jeff suggested strips of marble to stabilize semi-walls. This looked great. He created a new area for a pedestal sink in the master and repositioned the tub/ shower. Carpentry was utilized to do a window frame for a new window. The frame effectively matched the style of frames in the rest of the house.

Jeff did a great job remodeling our bathroom. The job was started in early July and took about 3 weeks to complete. His crew was very professional and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Everyone from the plasters, electricians and plumbers, to the demolition crew were excellent to deal with. Everything was explained and they all showed up on time and as promised. I would definitely hire Jeff again for any of my home improvement needs. 10/21/2010 Post note: A had noticed a draft coming from behind the radiator in the bathroom. I emailed Jeff and he got back to me the same day. He was able to come by that week and just add some more insulation to stop the draft. Now, that's what I call being customer oriented!!!! Thanks again Jeff.
Description of Work: About 90% of the bathroom was gutted; new floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet and vanity were installed.
Hire this guy! If you are looking for a contractor with integrity and a great sense of responsibility (and humor), at a reasonable price, Jeff's your man. Jeff's emphasis on personal integrity impressed me from the beginning, and that quality shone during both renovations. He made sure that the jobs were done on budget, with good people and good quality. He also solved some unexpectedly difficult issues with a supplier without my having to push. He's also a great problem solver, using his experience and creativity to suggest solutions to a pretty tough problem that I was facing that was not a part of the original work (namely additional closet space). I really enjoyed getting to know his crew, and they did a terrific job. I look forward to working with him on my next project (the kitchen!). I would (and have) recommended him to my friends.
Description of Work: Jeff and team renovated both my bathrooms this spring, including ripping down walls, and installing a soaking tub and shower that required some extensive plumbing work due to my having a house on a slab. In addition to the anticipated work, Jeff also made some important and excellent suggestions that solved some key issues in the baths as well as adjacent bedroom.

The experience having Jeff, Elvis and the rest of the team remodeling our bathroom was great. They were punctual, professional, clean and friendly. Veglia Tile gave us a prompt estimate and helped us choose the best tile for the price. They found ways to save us money when possible, but never skimped on the quality of the work. Our old floors were installed improperly and were breaking; the new ones are beautiful and rock-solid. They did the work promptly so we weren't without our kitchen or bathrooms for long.
Description of Work: We had new tile put in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen.
In February, we asked Jeff and his crew to start the work, with the understanding that all the work needed to be complete in three months when we were to return (from Dallas) for our daughter's college graduation. Sure enough, through good communication and organization, both the kitchen and master bath were made entirely new in the time promised. Besides Jeff, we had the expertise of an electrician, a carpenter, and a craftsman. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth, as well good resource advice.
Description of Work: Complete remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom, using the same footprint. Countertops, cabinets, lighting, and floors were replaced, and appliances were moved and/or added.

Jeff is awesome. He is extremely helpful and responsive. I've never remodeled before and was more than a little nervous, but Jeff made the process stressless, and I could focus on being excited about a beautiful new bathroom! He didn't start right away, because he focuses on one job at a time...Much better than starting a project and then leaving the homeowner with an ugly and unusable space for an extended period. The entire process took a couple of weeks, and they left everything clean and as usable as possible every night. Every person involved...electricians, plumbers, etc...was friendly, helpful, and great at what they do. They'd check in with me to confirm preferences or offer suggestions. At one point I'd asked for a particular placement of the medicine cabinets and Jeff's employee called me to suggest that I alter it a little and explained that it would save significant cost without affecting the aesthetic. I wasn't sure so he offered to "rough in" the placement he suggested and leave it overnight so I could check it out...And he was right! And anytime a glitch came up (which they will), they made it easy. When I bought the wrong grout and then couldn't get the right one without a special order (which would cause a delay) Jeff offered to track it down that day. Jeff stayed in close touch with me through the entire process to make sure I knew what was happening and to make sure we were all on the same page about the details. He was easy to reach and it was like talking to a friend. He's just a solid guy. The bathroom looks fanastic...everything is perfect. It feels great to have an attractive and usable space, and to have a resource I know I can trust. Jeff is HIGHLY recommended!
Description of Work: Gutted and remodeled a 1970s bathroom. Removed wall tile and replaced walls, removed and replaced old fixtures, tiled floors, replaced plumbing and electrical. Details included a niche shelf in the bath/shower, matching original high baseboards, shortening a baseboard radiator, installing medicine cabinets, installing a handheld showerhead combo, and finding fixtures.

I wanted to have a toilet replaced in the 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The plumber found that the subfloor around the toilet was rotten and need to be replaced before the toilet installation could proceed. One of the contractors the plumber recommended was Jeff Veglia and I selected him to do the work. He sent Dan who was a tile specialist and was very competent and neat. He even hung a plastic sheet over the door to trap dust that was generated. He did a great job and cleaned up everything as well. I was very pleased. (The toilet was then installed without difficulty)
Description of Work: Removed bathroom tile and subtile and rotted parts of the subfloor. Replaced the rotted parts of the subfloor with new sub-flooring. Put in new tile and grout and baseboard.

Every worker who came to the job was punctual and very courteous. There was no lag time with various professionals doing their work in a very specific sequence. Jeff built a walk-in shower, new plumbing, new lighting. The shower is wonderful and sports a granite seat and soap trays. Jeff is very patient, communicates very well, and made every effort to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. With no doubt at all I recommend Jeff Veglia for your next job.
Description of Work: Jeff gutted and rebuilt my 1950's pink and green bathroom! I put this task off for over 20 years because I didn't want to deal with the mess or removing this 3 inch thick mud job of cement and tile. If I had only known! During the whole process there was not a speck of dust or mess. A worker showed up everyday until the bathroom was complete. I was particularly impressed with the plaster folks. They were covered with plaster but managed to totally contain the plaster to their work area. Amazing.
Jeff is a very nice person do deal with. He explained everything including different options prior staring job and gave us the most competitive pricing. He explained our options after demolishing old shower room and establishing extent of the floor damaged. Fortunately floor repair could be limited near the shower. Jeff is flexible and thorough. He accommodated my suggestions about shower valves/body sprays installations. He discovered that couple new vales had pin holes (Grohe Valves!?). The issue was resolved with plumbing supplier the same day. Tile work is superior! He also has very nice glass door subcontractor. The final result is great. We are enjoying our new shower.
Description of Work: Jeff's company demolished previous fiberglass shower, repaired water damaged floor and remodeled shower room in our master bathroom. I am new home owner and discovered problems with shower room couple moths after we moved in. Remodeling included: new sub floor and floor; new plumbing (valves, shower head, body sprays); cooper pan; tiles; marble seat, stoop and soap shelves; glass door.
Jeff, his workers, and Subcontractors all conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They kept me informed of what was to happen each day without being asked, allowing me to make design choices as worked progressed. I never had to ask what was happening and no one ever objected to minor changes or additions. The work site was left clean and assessable each night. Jeff?s walk in shower design was exactly what we wanted. We would be happy to recommend Jeff Veglia Contracting to potential customers.
Description of Work: A complete remodel of the existing bathroom including removing the existing tub and building a walk in shower. The existing vanity, sink, and toilet were replaced, and the bathroom walls, floor, and shower tiled. New lighting was also installed.

Jeff and his team are dependable and reliable. Jeff listens to concerns and aims to please. Most of his jobs come from referrals and Angie's List so his reputation depends on it. His team worked in the house while I was at the office and were able to provide photos with my camera of the progress that I missed (demolition progress, flashing that is under the tile). They do a good job of cleaning up after a day's work, which is a benefit in a small condo. Elvis did a nice job of cutting and placing the tile - which was a challenge considering that the existing building is historic and has few square corners. Jeff contracts with other individuals for plumbing and plastering, and thier work was of a high quality. As a heads up for future jobs: Jeff's estimate did not include costs for certain plumbing parts or the tile (which he made clear from the beginning). We had budget numbers, but did not know final costs until the end. Do your homework on the items that are not included so that you are not surprised. I will use Veglia again for future projects.
Description of Work: Demolition and retiling of shower/tub enclosure, smoothing / plastering a textured ceiling, installation of new plumbing controls for tub and shower located in Boston's South End.
We are incredibly pleased with the result. Veglia employs several men directly, and uses a network of extremely professional contractors for plumbing, electrical, plaster, and so on. He was open to working with other contractors of our choice, but we wound up asking him to coordinate everything. Any project like this is going to include some level of stress and uncertainly. We wound up having a lot more work done than we originally intended. At every decision point, Veglia was personally available to talk through the options with us. I got used to relying on him to not just point out a problem ("this wall isn't going to work") but to also propose a solution ("let's move the wall back to give you a big shower!"). I found that he was managing *me* as well as he managed his employees - telling me what decisions needed to be made, and by when. Veglia and his employees were fastidious and neat at every step. They would vacuum up debris and dirt at the end of every day, leaving us with a clean house to live in for the evenings and weekends. I have particular praise for the man who did the tile work, named Elvis. He was neat, meticulous, and thorough. The room is very nearly perfect, so far as we can tell. He also installed custom marble edging on the shower, and matching panels on the two doors. They even installed a niche in the wall for shampoo and soap. The niche is worked in-line with the tile, and is absolutely perfect for its purpose. The primary stress, for me, came from not knowing how the changes we were discussing were going affect the cost. By the end of the project, Veglia's portion had only increased $2000 from his original bid. However, with the addition of plumbing and materials - we paid substantially more than we had expected. Of course, instead of just replacing tiles - we have an entirely custom bathroom I am very pleased with the work, and I intend to call Veglia for all our future remodeling needs.
Description of Work: Complete gut and remodel of an upstairs bathroom in our 100 year old house, including re-framing an interior wall. We started the project intending to just redo 1950's era pink ceramic tile and remove a pink tub. Veglia warned us at the beginning of the project that in old houses, when you start removing wall boards, sometimes the unexpected happens. His bid included: * Gut the room down to the studs, floor joists, and rafters. * Install 'sister' joists to level the floor, Install subfloor * Subcontract electricians and plumbers to re-wire and re-plumb the room and to install a shower pan and shower * Install drywall and cement board for walls and ceiling, including vents and duct work * Subcontract plasterers to finish the walls * Tile floor and shower * Install vanity and medicine cabinet As the work proceeded, we discovered that one of the walls of the room was effectively free-standing, supported by paint and plaster. Veglia encouraged us to redo that wall, and to move it back into the next room to expand the master bathroom. We wound up re-framing that entire wall and creating a 4' by 5' custom shower. The end result is an entirely renovated bathroom, larger than the old one.

We were impressed with Jeff right away as he always responded to our calls quickly - he either answered his phone every time, or called back within a few minutes, even when he was on vacation! He started the bathroom before we had even moved into the house; we had hoped it would be complete before our move-in date, but Jeff was honest about how long it would take (2 - 2.5 weeks) and he was right on the money. We appreciate that he did everything he could to try to have it done by the time we moved in. Unfortunately, we had to move in before the toilet was in, but it was all complete within a few days of moving in. When we went over to the house after the first day of the project, we were very impressed that all of the demolition had been done in one day, and that everything was very clean - he was obviously very careful to clean up any dust and debris. We went over to the house every night of the project to check out the progress, and from our amateur perspective, we could tell that Jeff was doing a quality job - really doing things the right way and not cutting corners. Definitely appreciated. One thing that bothered us was that we noticed the workers (not sure if this was Jeff or the subcontractors he hired) were actually using some of our supplies in the house, such as our shop-vac, our fan, our broom (which got broken in half somehow), and.... our brand new mop that was sealed, that we hadn't even opened yet! All of this was done without asking us which, to us, showed a serious lack of respect for our house and belongings and really bothered us. If they had asked if they could use our fan or broom, sure, no problem. I would have asked they didn't use our brand new mop, though. One day, we found that the kitchen sink scrubber had been used. I had to throw it away because god only knows what it was used to clean. Again, we don't know if this was Jeff or subcontractors, but unfortunately it reflects on him. Although in general they cleaned up well, like I said, one day we did come home to find a big mess with half-full cans of soda on the floor, some not even standing up. We brought this up with Jeff - he was very apologetic and indicated that he knew who the culprit was and that he would speak with him. In the end, we are very pleased with our bathroom - Jeff did a beautiful job with the subway tile around the shower. There are a few tiny chips on the bullnose floor tile that serves as the trim, but I suppose there isn't much to be done about that now. In addition the heating vent was not screwed back into the wall, but was grouted to the wall. It doesn't look very good, and we couldn't get it off when we got the air ducts cleaned. We addressed this with Jeff and he explained that the floor tile was higher than it was before so the vent did not fit properly over the existing screw holes. He said we should be able to get the vent cover off, but we are afraid of damaging the tile. We don't understand why the vent couldn't just get screwed in with different holes. Jeff was very fair with his pricing. He understood that we were first-time homebuyers and were trying to keep expenses low, and he promised to keep the final number as low as possible. He told us up front that he would be honest about the total cost when the job was complete; if materials or labor cost him less than he anticipated, he'd charge us less. In the end, the price came out to be almost $1000 less than his estimate - a very nice surprise! While we would consider hiring Jeff again for additional work, we'd probably keep a closer eye on his workers just to make sure they use their own supplies. He's an honest guy and in the end, our bathroom turned out great!
Description of Work: We hired Jeff to remodel our only bathroom in our new house. It was a 5x8 1954 bathroom with a partially rotted subfloor, cast iron tub, and gray and purple tile everywhere, and it needed to be completely gutted. He replaced the window, repaired the subfloor, replaced the plumbing, fan, and electric, and moved the wall switch. He installed a new tub with subway tile surround up to the ceiling, a new tile floor, toilet, and pedestal sink.

I would like to say I am sorry if my subcontractors used any thing of yours. I do know my vacuum had broke and I had taken it to get fixed. So my guys instead of leaving a mess, know I would of been very upset used your vacuum and broom @ the end of the day. They did not go looking for them they saw them out and thought it would be ok to use them to clean. As for the fan I had my fan there the entire job and it looked like yours so they used yours by mistake. The scrubber that only God knows where it was used was for the label on the tub you asked me to take off because you could not get it off, the owner usually cleans the tub before they use it. We are a very professional company that goes the distance the make our customers happy. We respect our clients houses like there ours. There was no intension to use anybody's stuff we have our own. If indeed we did something by mistake we are very sorry.

It went very well. Very professional team, got things done as fast as possible, cleaned up and vacuumed after every job done each day. We were very happy with the pricing since other contractors quoted us nearly double this price. Quality of the work is also very good.
Description of Work: We had our shower floor redone - everything taken out and new copper pan + cement + tiles put in. This also involved taking out and re-attaching the lower levels of marbles tiles and the marble stoop for the shower. Also had marble floors for 2 bathrooms re-grouted and the shower areas re-caulked. Also had them install 2 bi-fold doors for our closet and fix a small hole in our wall (drywall).

We found Jeff Veglia through Angie's List. We were in the process of finding a contractor to renovate three bathrooms. Jeff quickly quoted the work and provide excellent local (our town) references. We had planned to take each bathroom down to the studs and complete a 100% rebuild. From demo to completion, Jeff and his team did a fantastic job. My wife always felt safe in the house with our small children. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. Each of the subs that were used (electrical, plumbing, etc) did very high quality work and were better than any that we had used in the past. I always look at the quality of the finish work in bathrooms and the finish work for the tile and the wood came out beautiful. I searched and couldn't find a spot that I thought they missed. Jeff was a good partner throughout the process. We struggled finding tile and, at one point, Jeff worked with my wife at the tile show room to find the right tiles. We found his recommendations to be spot on. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our old bathroom was close to fifty years old. The new bathroom could last just as long. Jeff and his team are already working on the next bathroom.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of a 1960's bathroom. Included demolition to the studs and replacement of all plumbing electrical.

Both Jeff and his employees were professional, punctual and worked straight through the day to get the job done. The Quality was great- we're very happy with the end result. HIs quote was the lowest of the 3 we obtained and there were no hassles whatsoever.

I contacted Jeff about tiling a large custom shower and floor in a post and beam house. I found out about Jeff from a search here on Angie's List and then was impressed by photos of his work on his company's website. I called Jeff and we set up a time to meet so he could see the job. He showed up on time and was very helpful offering some design suggestions to this unique job. He promptly emailed me his proposal as he had promised. I explained to Jeff that this job was on a tight schedule and had to be finished by a certain date, he said he would work with me to make sure the deadline was met. As the framing for the new bathroom and shower were progressing Jeff was able to meet me several times on site to go over any potential problems thereby eliminating future delays. When the bathroom was ready for tile Jeff and his experienced crew showed up on time on the day I was expecting them and got right to work. They were neat and took care to protect the rest of the house, as this bathroom was on the 2nd floor. Communication between myself and Jeff or his crew was great as they made sure the tile layout was what I wanted. He took time to go over every detail with me and did the job exactly to each specification. When the marble jambs came in a little too wide instead of installing them as is, Jeff took them off site to a marble finisher to be cut, beveled and polished and had them back the next day ready to install. It was that type of attention to detail that really impressed me and showed me that Jeff takes a lot of pride in his work. The shower and bathroom floor came out beautiful and they actually finished the job a day ahead of schedule. I would definitely hire Jeff again and most certainly would recommend him to anyone.
