Susan Parziale is a Golden Circle member of The National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO), a non-profit educational association whose members include organizing consultants, speakers, trainers, authors and manufacturers of organizing products. Susan offers a broad range of services for all types of organizational needs for residential and business clientele. Susan works side-by-side with her clients, sharing her 20 years of progressive administrative experience to help achieve immediate and long-term goals for improved time-management, clutter control and space efficiency. With over $1M in wine, Susan personally organized and continues to maintain the wine cellar of Kevin O’Leary of SharkTank and many other prominent business owners in Boston. Susan has created simple yet innovative filing systems tailored to the needs of caregivers for special needs children. Her system tames overwhelming paperwork to help caregivers track and systematize important medical and educational documentation for the child's development and well-being. Susan has been featured in the Boston Parents Paper, Itemlive Paper, Lynnfield Patch, Lynnfield Weekly News, One Magazine and Parenting Special Needs Magazine. Susan has also appeared on 20/20 with Kevin O’Leary. Susan is a frequent speaker giving tips on how to keep organized and efficient. Susan lives in Boston with her husband and daughter.

Susan was great to work with. She set clear expectations upfront, was easy to communicate with, and completed the work as promised!
Description of Work: Susan and her assistant helped me get a handle on my stuff after moving across the country into a new house. I have 4 small children and it was overwhelming and time consuming to handle by myself all of the unpacking and sorting though the moving boxes. Susan got my remaining boxes unpacked and put everything into functional areas. She also helped sort through an enormous amount of Legos and toys so that we could create a functional "Lego room" for the kids.

I could not be happier with the result -- organized shelves, old junk thrown away, and much, much less clutter. Susan is simply amazing. She works quickly, provides great ideas, and above all, is sweet, friendly, and non-judgmental. I will have Susan return for more cleaning out and organizing very soon.
Description of Work: Multiple visits with Susan in November & December 2012 involved cleaning out and organizing my finished basement, laundry room, and kitchen (so far).

It went very smoothly. She rightfully charged a bit more since I had many more items than anticipated. She also organizes people in their homes and I would use her in a second if I needed this kind of service.
Description of Work: Susan was incredibly helpful. She took pictures, wrote detailed descriptions, fielded phone calls and made appointments for furniture ads on craigslist. We were moving and I was selling a houseful of items. The estate sale companies wanted a guaranteed $3000 whereas Susan charged us a flat fee. Well worth it! She was friendly and easy to work with. Plus many buyers commented on how wonderful she was on the phone. When I sold something she was just as excited as I was. Really genuine. Highly recommend!

See above --- Susan had no qualms about rolling up her sleeves and digging into the work. As the home office is nearing a steady state level of organization, I plan to utilize her skills to help organize home storage and closets, too.
Description of Work: Susan helped me to organize my home office --- After an initial assessment meeting, she set to work setting up files, file space and generally helping me sort out what to keep, and what to toss. She has an optimistic, can-do attitude that is infectious. She really has helped me figure out how to address my organization needs for the office.

I was overwhelmed by financial deadlines, especially around relevant paper organization and motivation. Susan is an excellent organizer, but, more importantly for me, she created a self-empowering atmosphere. Poor organization is often due to feeling overwhelmed by the project. But Susan gently provided a positive, cheerful and calming pesence that enabled my motivation to emerge. Anxiety gone! All projects were done in a timely fashion and I am so relieved. Susan was very attentive to my specific needs. She was flexible, responsive and understanding. Further, she helped me arrange the organization that works for me and now my tasks will be easier in the future. I have used Susan's services on more than one occasion and will happily do so again if another problem arises. I have recommended her to a friend who was also very happy with the results.
