Description of Work: removed a 6'4.5' Jacuzzi and surrounding wall tile and raised the ceiling above the shower area. Installed new drain, new floor and wall tile, new ceiling lights and exhaust fan and new dual showers. Jeff was always prompt and responsive. The 2-man crew worked hard and cleaned up nicely after each day's work. The plumber was my only disappointment among the folks who worked on out bath remodel job. He persuaded me to reposition both supply unions 9for the hand held shower hoses), which resulted in a problem later.

Description of Work: Gave estimate for replacing missing tiles in tub/shower and tiling bathroom floor. Did the replacement but I decided not to go ahead with the floor.

Description of Work: Jeff and his crew completed a first phase renovation of our 1965 colonial that included: |- Gut renovation of master bathroom |- Relocation of laundry room |- Extensive electrical work to add ceiling lights, recessed lights, cable, and additional outlets |- Interior painting of most rooms (including ceiling and trim) |- Restaining/refinishing hardwood floors throughout most of the house |- Installing hardwood floor in master bedroom | |The house looks a million times better than it did before Jeff's team got to work. Our master bathroom looks fantastic in all it's gleaming marble and quartz glory. What set Jeff apart is that he brought many of his sub-contractors to our initial visit. I could see that they got along, they asked me good questions, and took their time measuring and bouncing ideas off one another. No one else I met with was so thorough and I really liked meeting the people who would be working on my home. Jeff and all of his subs were easily available through email, phone, and text and extremely quick to respond to my questions and requests. Everyone I met with or spoke with was friendly and professional. There were only a few bumps in the renovation and those were handled quickly and professionally. | |My suggested areas for improvement are to keep clients more informed about the timeline and costs as the project progresses. I often asked for cost updates (since we added items to the scope of work throughout the project) and didn't get any official updates until the final bill arrived. I sort of felt like I was spending Monopoly money. It would also be helpful to get regular updates on the expected date of completion based on the scope of work and team availability. | |We were very happy with the quality of work performed and overall experience. Jeff's crew is currently doing a gut renovation of our kids' bathroom, and we expect to work with him for a kitchen renovation within the year. I will definitely recommend his services.

Description of Work: I called to talk to Jeff on a Thursday about remodeling two bathrooms, he said that he was very busy and would call over the weekend to set up a time to come see me. He didn't call over the weekend so I called him on Monday and left a message on his cell phone, it is Wednesday and I still haven't heard from him. I guess he is not interested in the job.

Description of Work: Replaced floors and walls of bathrooms with marble and ceramic tile. Placed marble ceramic medallion. Repair of subfloor. Replacement of toilets.

Description of Work: Jeff's team came in an tore out my old tile on the bay window and replaced it in 4 hours.

Description of Work: Following a gut renovation, Jeff and his two assistants (Desio and Gustavo) tiled the floors and tub/shower areas in the four bathrooms for me. This included installing the Durock wallboard in the wet areas around the tubs and installing underlayment on the floors. This latter task was kind of difficult as all floors had radiant heating systems; they had to carefully avoid putting screws into the piping. I used a pretty heavy glazed porcelain "floor tile" for all, which added to the complexity somewhat. Two baths had built-in niches and a shower stall had a lot of marble detail. Just about everything was done by Jeff's two assistants over a 2-week period. Jeff himself looked in half a dozen times to make sure everything was going OK.

Description of Work: Jeff and crew did demolition of lousy old bathroom in 100+ year old house. He turned it into one of the nicest rooms in our home. Plumbing was funky and there had been a lot of water damage. They upgraded the electric and plumbing, installed new sink, airbath/shower combo, toilet, electric heater, fan, medicine cabinet, reconfigured storage closet, and installed the tile (his specialty) along with other features such as recessed shower/bath shelving, new window with sill/shelf (sink under window). End result amazing.
