Had to call twice before the owner Jeff returned my call. Made an appointment to look at the job scheduled at 8:45am, no show so called office. Jeff returned my call at 9:10am and told me he was running late and best to reschedule. I decided to go no further with this company who places no value in your time!

Needed two visits to actually determine what was wrong, but in the end the problem was solved. Asked for an estimate on new furnace but never got one.

Had to chase them to schedule an estimate and a few minor repairs. It took over a month to just get them to come out for an estimate (on vacation) and when they finally did, they did not fix the minor repairs I had called for. Seems as though there was a miscommunication as to what I asked them to come out for. When I called to ask why the repairs were not done, the woman on the phone told me that the toilet was "not repairable". The toilet was just running. We ended up just going to home depot and fixing it ourselves. I had to call several more times to ask for the estimate. The person answering the phone told me they were on vacation again. I never got an estimate and never heard from them again.

They did a great job and were fast.

They did a very good job and everything was done professionally and quickly. My biggest complaint is the cost. After doing a lot of research I later found that I could have had the same quality work done at a fraction of the price. Their labor rates (and I could be wrong on this, as they don't appear to itemize their invoices.) have got to be in excess of $250+ for labor. Also I am fairly certain that the materials were marked up as well. I found three other plumbers that had labor rates between $75.00 - $100.00 per hour and they (along with 5 other plumbers) all validated my concerns over the labor prices of Waldman. It's sad that this is the case, because I really did like Waldman's work. I just can't afford to pay those prices on my already limited salary.

Two men arrived on time. Immediately put shoe covers over boots to come into the house. Performed services as requested. When pleasant and efficient.

I found them on Angie's List and I have used them twice. They did a good job. Their price was much more reasonable then any other plumber I have had. In the past they fixed my faucet. They were on time and they were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They came out pretty quickly.

Originally I was not pleased with the service provided by this company. However, the owner, Jeff Waldman, contacted me regarding my dissatisfaction and we have since resolved issues. I had had concerns about the wording of their and quot;Ultimate Savings Cluband quot;, particularly in reference to their inclusion of the and quot;Ultimate (Plumbing and) Heating Inspection.and quot; I explained to Jeff my concerns and he said that they are going to review and clarify the contract for the Ultimate Savings Plan. I take him at his word since he has returned my check for the services rendered, indicating he is truthful about his company's interest in Customer Satisfaction. Based on this and his explanation as to how pricing was determined, I find this company to be reliable and would do business with them in the future. The work was done professionally and thoroughly and the young men were very polite.

They've been okay. They are average priced. The quality is average.

They're very punctual and professional. I just happen to think they overcharge for time spent and services rendered.

New faucet for my kitchen sink. The plumber was her for over 3 hours he arrived on time and found out that it was the faucet that was causing the leak. It needed to be replace and he was going to come back but we asked if he could do the job that day so he stayed. He picked the faucet up for us and completed the job. I was happy as I did not want to have a delay in getting this repair done. I would hire them again as they arrived on time and were very professional.

They're a good company and I would use them again. They were prompt, did the job cleanly, and I would hire them again.

They have done a lot for us. They have installed twin gas boilers for us. We use them for anything involving plumbing in our house.

Okay. Fixed the problem

They are reliable and I would recommend them.

We have an oil-fired steam boiler that makes instant hot water (tankless). The water coming out of the faucets wasn't very hot, and my dad thought the problem was probably the mixing valve. He said the insides of the valve could be easily replaced by a plumber. So I called Waldman Plumbing, and a serviceman came to assess the trouble. Although he sounded knowledgeable, the serviceman tried to sell me several expensive solutions such as a booster tank that would cost more than $2,000. The least expensive option he offered was to replace the mixing valve and add a water flow regulator for $475. Since that sounded exorbitant, I got a different plumber to give me a second opinion later the same week. He replaced the inside of the mixing valve for $130 and it solved the problem perfectly. We have steaming hot water again.

Jeff Waldman looked at the drain and recommended freeing the clog first before modifying the drain. Two techs arrived later and snaked the drain, which now works well. I do not think that any modifications to the drain are required at this time. The techs did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

Great! Two plumbers worked together and made sure to protect pipes going through wall studs. Spent a lot of time making sure pipes are perfectly aligned with sinks on vanity. Cleaned up after themselves nicely.

They were very prompt in returning my calls. They showed up and were very friendly. I have had no problems with them for the past 25-30 years.

Wald man Plumbing put our toilet where our sink had been and installed a new sink where the toilet was. In doing so, they discovered several issues left behind by previous owners. They repaired these and left us with a beautiful new bathroom. Even the plumbing inspector was impressed! They were very good about explaining the issues they discovered and why the costs were what they were.

Jeff Waldman arrived promptly with a team of other folks who took very detailed measurements to specify a high velocity air conditioning system (Unico) for our older home. Unfortunately they were too booked with business at the time to give us a quote. I was impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. Despite the fact that they were too busy for my business, I would definitely consider them for a future job.
