I called and they came within an hour on a Saturday and it was not an emergency. I have an old home and sometimes with plumbing once something gets desturbed its a chain reaction and other other problems come up. The compeny was wonderful to work with. everything was taken care of and the worker was one of the best that i've ever worked with. He didn't give up, he problem solved and finished the project. I never heard "my day is over i'll have to come back" He spent a lot of hours and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very quick response to initial SM request. Scheduled appt for same week, during my availability. Work was dine quickly. I was hoping for a bit more of a thorough tune-up of our gas boiler and fhwater system, but do not know if that is realistic.

Promptly set up a time at my convenience to do a faucet replacement and an on/off switch. The technician also provided some handy advice about common issues with these items.

All in all did a good job except for some minor scratches around the tub. Could have been a little more careful for the price we paid which was kind of high...Gave us a year warranty on work though.

I received a call immediately after entering my proposal for work to be completed on a Sunday afternoon. The appointment was made for the following day at 8am. Dave, the plumber showed up on time as expected. He was very clean and thorough. I only gave 3 stars for customer service because the initial quote was only for 2 hours, but I expected it to take longer and it did. I'm very happy with the work completed and would use Tony Gideika plumbing again. Dave took very good care of the bathroom while working and left everything clean and in great shape.

I called for a leaking, "rocking" toilet repair. Tony sent Dave to do the job; he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and made sure the toilet was repaired and secured down completley and, honestly, the toilet works better than it did when it was installed brand-new 3 years ago! 1 thing: I was told it would be a service call, meaning 1 hour job and it turned out to be 1 1/2 hours but like I said, Dave was very thorough about his work so I consider that a wash.

Great service, they came out the same day as our request (which was also Memorial Day holiday). Fixed both the hose spigot on the back of the house as well as hooked our new refrigerator to a new water line from the basement. Excellent service, good quality and the job site was left as if they were never here. I would definitely use them again.

I had a spigot replaced on the back on my house. I had the part that I needed but the person working for Tony said I had the wrong part and he would need to go all the way back to Lynn to get it. I told them that there was a homedepot a 1/4 mile from my house but that they wouldn't have the part. The part was replaced with craftmanship I can only describe as horrible. The faucet works but they didn't even bother to attach it back to the house and told my Wife to do it ourselves. Not only that but they left all the other parts on the ground and didn't clean up after themselves. Afterwards I found out that home depot does sell the part.

prompt, efficient, reasonably priced service - kept to his verbal agreement entirely - his worker was friendly and fully competent - when I had follow up questions, Tony called me directly 2x to assure that my question was fully and satifsfactorily resolved.
