I found the customer service outstanding and was happy with the quality of the assessment of the problem I was having with my heating system. I received a call immediately after submitting my request online and service was scheduled conveniently + promptly for me.

I was very happy with the prompt and courtous service - Due to the fact that this was an emergency and on a Sunday they were very quick to call and come over right away - Price was very comfortable to live with. Owner called to make sure I was satisfied after work was done. WIll defintely keep their number handy.

David repaired a faulty toilet which had been leaking water costing me $400+ per a quarter, which my tenant neglected to tell me of . Not only did David replace the faulty parts but to boot instructed me what to inform tenants in event of toilet overflow, regarding shuttering the water. 2 days later bought new gas range delivered by the purchased store. They would remove the old gas range if it was disconnected. David arrived 8:00 AM in his pleasant manner & did so. After the new gas range arrived David returned in a timely manner to reconnect new range. Very accommodating, + professional.

Expensive. I did appreciate the fee being split over three months although I should have been refunded the $49 fee.

Great at diagnosing and great jib fixing my boiler. Dave is outstanding and very humble.

The plumber Tony sent was not knowledgeable which caused the job to run way too long. He did not know how to remove the old faucet. He tried to leave with a leak still existing on the outside faucet, recommending that I turn it off everytime I use it. He did end up fixing that but it took 4 hours!

very good overall experience..Arrived on time, it was avery difficult job as a result that the old faucet was 25 years old and had to be hacksawed off...Dave was friendly and very compitent...Did a very good job..Would highly recomend Gideika Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services...

Tony was to rude on the phone, but Dave who did the repair was great and knew what he was doing. Tony needs an attitude ajustment. When I questioned him about the cost of the part, whice was under $100.00 and I was charged $295.00, he said quote youre pissing me off now goodbye and hung up. I am a Real Estate Broker for Century 21 and I will make sure everyone on the North Shore who needs a plumber does not use Tony!

Dave was just great at solving a stubborn leak. He was personable and professional. He didn't give up until the job was done and assured me that if there was a future problem with the leak to let them know.

wouldn't provide an estimate up front until he started the work (should of been the 1st flag). Since we had had another quote of about $125 we thought it would be around this price. Big mistake. it costed us 3x...i still have no idea why an "expert" could waste so much time...well I understand now because labor cost isn't cheap!! very disappointed. I have 2 other projects that we could of used his assistance but not after this. back to the drawing board!!! on the positive side he was a VERY nice person. Very friendly.

I hired a master Plumber and got some guy that Tony sent that was not a master plumber.

They came the same day (within a couple of hours and at the specific time I requested); they were professional and friendly. Considering the prompt service, I thought the price was reasonable. Just FYI, they don't accept credit cards (checks or cash only).

WHEN I FIRST TALKED TO TONY I ASKED FOR AN ELECTRIC PROFESSIONAL WHO WORKED ON GAS BOILERS AND HE SENT ME A PLUMBER WHO SAID THESE NEW BOILERS ESPECIALLY GAS ARE MOSTLY ELECTRICAL. HE SPENT FOUR HOURS AND CHANGED OUT THE IGNITER AND IT TURNED OUT NOT TO BE THE PROBLEM FOR $155. HE THEN SENT ME ANOTHER PERSON WHO WAS A ELECTRICIAN WHO FIX THE PROBLEM IN LEST THAN 45 MINUTES, JUST AS I ASKED IN THE BEGINNING ........HE WANT TO CHARGE ME $740 WHEN THE BILL SHOULD HAVE BEEN $150. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
