Dave arrived when expected and figured out the problem which was not a frozen pipe, thankfully. Courteous and efficient. Would use them again.

The speed of response was very good. However, despite owner Tony's apparent expertise, his attitude toward me was demeaning! Perhaps his advice to replace the water heater was correct, but not his way of speaking. His technician also had to travel to four different dealers in an attempt to find a new thermostat for this propane heater. Perhaps he could have just called around first! He finally left the old one in, fortunately it still worked.

Tony responded very quickly and the work done by David was excellent and he was very congenial as well. The faucet is great and I'm so glad that I found this site and them. Thank you

The owner sent out Dave, a somewhat quiet and reticent gentleman with a friendly charm. He did the work efficiently and cleaned up. He also advised about work he felt unnecessary. The end result is that I am now considering them for a much larger job.

I had called Delta Faucers to get the part needed to fix my leaking shower. After several unsuccessful attempts to replace the part ourselves, I called in professioal help. Dave arrived right on time, and discovered the problem. The part Delta sent was too short. So he took parts from the new, parts from the old, put new O rings on, and fixed the leak. I would recommend this company. Service call was $150.00 + $5.00 for parts.

Fast to respond and great work!

Had many small plumbing jobs to be completed. Dave showed up on time and was very kind and courteous. He did a great job determining the problems I was having and was able to fix 2 of 3 of the problems I was having. The only thing he was unable to fix although he tried was an old cheap bathroom faucet which has a slow leak and will be getting replaced. Would recommend them to anyone.

Came on the same day I submitted my request, had the right parts with him, took care of the problem (leaky shower faucet) right away. Perfect!

I spoke with Tony in the morning and he had Dave out at our house later that same day. While this was not an emergency situation, we had just recently moved in to the house and needed assurance that all was functioning as it should be. Dave was polite, considerate and speedy in his assessment and reparation of our boiler. Considering there were other companies in town that I made appointments with and they didn't bother to show up or even call to reschedule - the service Tony's company provided was exemplary. Highly recommend and will use them again!

Job was done properly but plumber arrived over an hour late and seemed to take a long time to complete job (replace a garbage disposal with the same brand and model). When I complained about late arrival and how long job took, owner was confrontational and unpleasant to deal with. Payment was sent, received, and deposited within 8 business days after the job was completed. Owner called repeatedly (10 phone calls, 8 voicemails, 2 texts) over 2 day period to inquire where payment was after I told him that payment had been sent.

Tony had a plumber (Dave) at the house as soon as humanly possible on a day when the cold killed heating systems all over the state. Dave arrived at 6:30 pm and was there until after midnight, refusing to leave until the job was done completely and correctly. We are greatly appreciative of his commitment and his work. I would recommend them again.
