Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating

Unlike others I contact to replace my water heater Tony Gideika did what he said he was going to. From calling back, to coming over. The others I contacted on my water heater, it was like they could care less of getting the work. Tony was worth the money.

Responded quickly to my request and worked well with my schedule in order to complete the job in the short time frame that I had.

Talked to the owner at about 9:30 pm after experiencing a bad thermocouple issue with our water heater. I made an appiontment for 8 o'clock the following morning. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I was charged the amount I was quoted. Everyone was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Funny; they came to the house the same day I called and were ready to fix my hot water problem. As it ends up; the overflow monitor on the hot water heater needed to be reset and the job was fixed. It was a quick visit, but a successful one

The service call was prompt, professional and effective, however it ended up costing twice as much as it cost me to reinstall the same items they disconnected.

Dave did his best to fix the toilet but it is an older toilet and the part needed (fill valve) was not readily available so the leak has been slowed but not completely fixed (not Dave's fault). My only issue was the time it took to fix the toilet and install the new faucet was 5 hours and therefore very expensive (almost $600). Just seems like a lot of money for the amount of work that had to be done. That's just my opinion.

Tony,s helper showed up on time.He was a very pleasent man and went right to work. It took less than one hour and he cleaned up everying.The price might have been a tad high but i.m happy with the outcome I've put Tony on my speed dial and will not hesitate to call him again. RECOMEND.
