Tony Gideika Plumbing and Heating

He was good. I was in a Jam and he came through.

This was my first time on HomeAdvisor. On 5/4/16, I went online to HomeAdvisor to find a plumber who could come to replace a leaking faucett and to replace a leaking pipe, under the kitchen sink. While the computer was busy searching for a list of plumbers, my phone rang with an Andover ID: It was Tony Gideika from Lynn. No list of other plumbers went on my computer screen. He listened to what my problem was and it could be taken care of the next day. He did not give an estimate, but explained how he bills. Keith showed up the next morning to assess what materials he would need and went to get them. When he got back, he replaced everything that was needed. He tested everything and got us back up and running in a couple of hours. He was pleasant and did a good job. The cost was reasonable. If I had a choice, I would have looked at other plumber's references, but Tony Gideika was my only choice at the time. I thought he was abrasive and could be condescending to deal with. I will not call him, again.

Fast service and job well done

in my case, it turned out to be a simple fix, so its hard to pay $150 to come out (I forgot to ask how much to come out). However - they are the ONLY plumber that even called me back, they were super attentive, and I felt that if the problem had been more complex, they would have been able to handle it. I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing problem.

Tony was awesome. He knows his stuff and did a great job at installing the pipes and drain we needed for our new sink. great communication and always got back to me when I left him a message but majority of the time he picks up the call right away. He came out in the morning and the job was completed by the afternoon. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

They came out that same afternoon and got the job done quickly. It was a good job and they were prompt and it was quick and painless.

Repaired two (2) different bathroom leaks in about one (1) hour (Shower faucet and lavatory drain) . No games. Tony sent a plumber named "Graham" who did a great job. No more leaks one week later. Final bill was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Two trips and $400.00 later my leaking tub and shower water control now looks like someone stuck a toilet handle in place of the two parts that matched the plumbing and doesn't even match and has a small opening behind it that water can get in behind and took the parts that match with him. He had the faucet in the truck and I didn't see it until after he left because it is on the second floor, although the plumber was very courteous and did stop the leak I won't be calling them again!!!

Very professional work done by the very pleasant Frank, who also cleared away the debris after the install.

Prompt arrival, courteous and knowledgeable, fixed the tricky problem completely (frozen pipes from -20 degree temps). Highly recommended.

The job was to install a toilet. I told Tony I wanted a middle of the line toilet which I should have just bought one because don't think you are getting a contractor discount. Frank was the worker who is nice enough but I was told the price of the toilet with no receipt after it was installed . I was told it was 350 after he bought it. Yes -- 350 for an American Standard Toilet! Then when we told Frank that we would take care of the the old toilet ourselves because they charge 50 to get rid of it-- All of a sudden he tweaked his back and wanted to leave the old dirty toilet in my front yard. So when the invoice came it was oh I didn't charge you 50 for the "out of service area"fee they are in Lynn and we are in Beverly. Really? This was not disclosed to me on the phone. I would be very careful and get everything up front in writing! Lesson learned! $500 for a toilet installation people, watch out!

The work was done by Profs Great fast service and at a very fair price... I highly recommend this Company!!!
