Postponed the service call twice; luckily I was available on the third day. The guy who actually came out was very polite and seemed to do a good job.

Came out to our house within a couple hours - got it done quickly - cost was very reasonable. Great job.

They worked on short notice and did do a good job but i believe i was charged $100- $200 more than i should have been.

I had never used these guys before and they were excellent. I probably called a few times too many before the appointment as I can be a nervous person but they were always patient and courteous on the phone. The worker who came out there did a great job, he was courteous, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and am will use them again for sure.

Beware! This vendor charges $100 per hour and make sure that the job takes quite some time. It took his plumber five and a half hours just to hook up a sink which was replacing an existing sink. The man who showed up was on the older side and took his time doing the job. I had a sink installed prior to this in the same spot that only took 2 hours. We paid $570 just to have a sink hooked up. When I called the owner of the company to voice my complaint I did not get anywhere. I will never use his Services again!

Tony was very patient around scheduling a we had to work with the condo assn., to shut off the water so the install could be done. He was very professional and the plumber who came was very competent and detail oriented.

This was my first and only "bad" hire through Home Advisor, which I have used many times. Issues and lies from start to finish of my very small job. Bottom line, he took advantage of my unique situation and totally ripped me off. I had to call Home Advisor (which they have on record) to resolve one issue that remained MONTHS after the work was done. They called him, which finally prompted a little action on his part, but I never got any of my money back. I could go on and on about everything that happened but I refuse to waste more time on it. Bottom line, I hired this guy based on his awesome reviews on Home Advisor. Awesome reviews which he loves to brag about and definitely used in his "sales pitch" to get my job. I understand that things happen: We all make mistakes, everyone has bad days; and I would never give someone a bad review because of one or two minor things, especially if the effort to resolve the mistake(s) was there. But this guy is a total hack. I can't help but to draw the conclusion that he has somehow managed to boost his positive reviews in some manner. My advice: Stay away. Stay far away. Plenty of hard working honest people out there to whom you can give your business.

I was very satisfied with the service I had done. The plumber, Tony was very pleasant and showed up quickly(same day) and fixed my leaking pipe, checked to make sure it was not leaking after he fixed it. The next day it started dripping slightly I called and they came right back out and fixed it again and also fixed a clog I did not know I had the day before for no additional charge.

Courteous, professional service. I would recommend them as a good choice for plumbing services.
