good work at reasonable prices

I needed my toilet repaired asap. I called and received very a very courteous and professional response right away. Dave came out within the hour. He did an excellent job! He was fast and thorough. The price was very reasonable. Once the job was completed I received a call from the owner asking if I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Dave. He is the best!!

Following what I thought was a good job, I found that the plumber Tony assigned forgot to turn back on my sump pump, literally did not plug it in, and as a result my basement flooded. Upon notifying Tony directly he advised what I should be do to fix the issue and said he would try to find a plumber ad he was away for weekend. The next morning more water had flooded as the sump pump was not working correctly. I called Tony and again advised the problem persisted and the problem with the sump pump didn't exist prior to his worker coming on site. I believe the fix for the pump might be a low cost fix, but Tony is in full cover his backside mode, his worker denies not plugging in the pump and Tony insinuated that some in the house may be responsible. Why anyone would do this is beyond me. Tony has shown real interest in resolving the issue that resulted from his workers negligence and instead is more keen on blaming the customer who has been wronged. Buyer beware, Tony will take your money but if there are problems with the work his fist instinct will be to blame the customer and attempt to shirk any responsibility.

Hired to replace my leaking water heater. Tony was quick to get back to me and come out the next day. My only small complaint is that I was not made aware that his price didn't include the removal of my current water heater and that it would be an extra $100 to dispose of it. I certainly understand charging for it but it felt a little "bait and switch" to inform me when they were already here doing the work.

They arrived and got the work done. Did the repairs and the price was very reasonable... I was shown the completed work and was very happy with the repairs...I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Great service, quick- got there same day to replace a water heater. Only negative was they told me only after the fact that it would be an additional $125 to remove the old water heater. Other than that, a good experience.
