They showed up late and unprepared

Responded immediately and had a plumber out to take care of the problem on the same day, but be sure to ask how much you can expect to pay. Tony won't tell you if you don't ask, and the minimum price for a service call when we called was $200 to show up, with any charges for additional work added on to that.

Very responsive to phone call and was prompt to replace my water heater when every other business was up north and busy. I appreciate that.

Had to reach out to to Tony after he didn't call when promised. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous but spent more than half the time waiting for pipes to drain to fix problem. At $200/hour way overpriced for work performed.

There were scheduling issues with the main office but the field plumber was great.

Tony is great! He checked in with me a few times to make sure I had everything and to verify our schedule. The job took longer then expected, hence more money but there were issues that were understood. The worker “David” was super friendly but most of all did the job to perfection, down to every little matter. Would I go back to Tony and crew, YES!

Technician arrived promptly, did his work well, left everything clean and in good repair. Was pleasant and polite

The plumber came during the time frame quoted and was able to get the job done within an hour. He was very quick and pleasant.

They did a good job, however, I needed to call numerous times to book them as everytime I contacted them they forgot my information. Expensive. I was charged $200 for a half an hour work. Not sure if that is a minimum charge, however, if it is it should be made clear upfront.
