They were very responsive upfront, but the work took 7 hours to replace a faucet, garbage disposal and associated under sink pipes. It was disappointing to have to pay for that many hours, we liked the gentleman doing the work. He was very nice but we ended feeling as though we were taken advantage of. A major part of the work was making fixes to the pipes that were put in by the previous owner but regardless 7 hours seemed like too much. Not to mention that we did not have access to our kitchen the whole time. This was a huge challenge with a 7 month old baby and 3 adults in the home. I believe they hold quality to be very important. And for that I would never give them a bad review but for communication and time I cannot say that we will be using them again.
