Tony, the owner was very caring in our very first phone contact. The follow was very timely and thorough to make sure their plumber came out prepared for the correct job. The actual plumber on sight, Dave, was professional, efficient and friendly. He was thorough in every aspect of the repair and explained the why. In all of my repairs over my 72 years of life, I have not had a better experience. The cost was very apropos, totally reasonable. I highly and strongly recommend Tony Gideika for your plumbing and heating needs. They have a customer for LIFE. But they did such a great job, I probably won't need them any time soon.

Another plumber quoted me a total of $1395. This company charged me $295. They were honest and efficient.

Shawn came out to fix the problem. It was al done in a few days. Only thing is the stacks are still left behind in our yard. Otherwise he was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Very knowledgeable about his profession

Had a bad situation where I had a toilet issue of it rocking and light leaking. Called Tony and he was eager to get someone out, same day. Scheduled Friday, from Monday. Wife was home, was worried he could not get out sooner, so I called back and scheduled for the same day. There was a bit of confusion with who came out since there were other emergencies, but Sean (sp?) came out and was great. Fixed the issue and pretty damn happy.

Ok communication, but the plumber didn't show as promised one day, He said he tried to get in touch, but my cell phone was dead, and so I had missed his call where he updated his availability. The reason I am giving Mr Gideika a 4 is that I had initially told him it we needed a faucet replacement and pipe inspection/replace as necessary. In a follow up call the Friday before the plumber was supposed to come, I told Tony that we would also have a sink to replace as well. This was not communicated to the plumber who showed up, and he didn't have the proper parts (although they didn't charge for his extra time getting these parts, and completed the addition pipe work and fine the same on a follow up call at no additional cost.

Tony and his crew responded promptly, arrived at the stated time and were very professional. I enjoyed doing business with them and would use them again and recommend to friends. Very satisfied!
