The plumber, Sean, who came to fix my shower was the most gracious repair-person to have ever come to fix something at my residence. A few days after the repair, I needed an adjustment to the shower and it was performed the same day that I called it in. The pricing was completely and wholly fair. I want to emphasize that this review is in no way an exaggeration.

Tony was very nice to talk to and give details of what needs to be done. He didn't do the job but his apprentice did, the workmanship is so far so good since the installation was in Aug 2019 and this review is in March 2020. I was also in another country and Tony was really helpful with the oversea communications while I I wasn't there when they did the job.

The plumber, Shawn, came right on time. Because my bathroom was so old and had never been done, there was a lot more to add to the project that had to be replaced. It was pricey, but again, there was a lot to do. He came at 8:30 and left around 4:30 and he did an amazing job, and I was very pleased. He stayed until the job was done. Thank you, Shawn!

They were great. Got the job done quickly and they dealt with my messy basement without complaining. Explained every thing I need to know. I recommend them for any job you may need done.

Submitted request to have my broken water heater to be replaced. Within minutes received a call. Tony's team was over the next day completing the install. Great work and would recommend them to others.

Shawn was the plumber who did the work. He is a real pro, hard working, pleasant demeaner, a real nice guy. He did a great job, will definitely hire again for more work in the future. I highly recommend this plumber.

I had my gas steam boiler intstalled by Tony and company several years ago. Great price and job. Well done and on time. This past weekend during a very cold snap, I had no heat, and called. Tony was straight out with calls, and made the time to speak with me, and even helped me get it running again over the phone at no cost!!! Show me another contractor who would do such a thing!!! They replaced our toilet without us asking and tried to charge us $500 for it when the toilet costs less than $150. They did not finish the job, and then he called another company to actually do the job for them. I have never done a review for anyone no matter how bad or how good the service was but this was beyond me and I feel the need to warn others about this company. To start they charge 200 just to show up, the 150-170 per hour after. They said that a brand-new toilet that was recently installed ha something stuck in it. Then said he had to remove the toilet and try again. Okay. Then I get a text from my mother saying to make the check for 1050. The toilet is still not working. He replaced our toilet with a $500 toilet. It was a glacier bay toilet that costs less than $150 when they are expensive. Then tell us that we can not use any faucet or toilet for a few hours until the other guy shows up. The other guy is from a different company. THEY CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME AND FIX THE ISSUE. What took the first guy 3 hours plus a new toilet that was not asked for... it took this other company 15 minutes, and we were all set. For the labor its already by their math $150×3 hours= $450 plus the 200 for showing up= $650 bucks, and they decided to charge us $1050 after adding the $500 dollar toilet. I have no issues paying for the labor as we had agreed but are you kidding me?! When I tried to speak to them about this he got mad, started yelling saying he was insulted and that I should look at his reviews how dare I say that I was trying to con us. I should have looked at them beforehand. They are awful, seriously, the fact that he had to call another company to do a job he could not do it was ridiculous! Never do business with these people.

A small project ended up being a bigger project. I am happy with the ending results though.
