Tony was very prompt responding to my inquiry. He was at my house that day and immediately went to work pumping out my cellar and replacing my water heater the next day. I can recommend his services without hesitation.

I hired them to do a dishwasher install and drain clean out. All the info was given and photos were sent. He gave me an estimate of 700 give or take, and ended up charging me nearly double at 1255 dollars. He agreed to 1000, then later threatened a mechanics lien and taking me to court for the remainder. I just do not understand how someone with all those decades of experience, can be so off on the estimate. I dont know if this is standard or not, but he also charged me for travel time to meet the inspector, and to get a dishwasher hose.

They were here when they said they would be. They were efficient. I didn't even have to clean the floor.

The plumber that came for the job, Shawn. did a magnificent job. He went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing before during and after he did it. I would hire him again in a millisecond!!!!!

Tony Gideika Plumbing / Sean not only did the job that I hire him for, but he made sure it was well done. Nothing half way done like other improvised technicians who are trying to make money on the side. He also went above and beyond and looked around the pipes to see if there was anything else that can potentially fail in the near future. I can tell that he was giving me his honest opinion about the things that might need fixing eventually. He is one of those technicians that you would feel confident that he'll do a good job.

Tony responded immediately after my request for help. I had new counter tops installed and needed the garbage disposal, dishwasher and plumbing reconnected in the sink. Tony sent Shawn out within a day or two. Sean ended up putting in new shut off valves under the sink to avoid future problems. He also cleared out a filter from an upstairs bathroom sink (thought why not since I had him!) The work was completed in 5 hours. I do believe you get what you pay for, and this was definitely great customer service and a thorough job.

I have a wall mounted toilet that came off the wall on Christmas eve. He called right back, came right away, removed the toilet and told me it was cracked, which I believe happened when they took it off the wall. He then told me I needed a new flange which he could not find, and offered to take the existing flange to a welder, which he did. They came back, put the fixed flange back in place, mounted the toilet and it fell off the wall shortly after they left. I gave them 250 dollars the first day they showed up to look at the job, and when they came back they wanted a $2000 deposit to fix the flange and replace the toilet, and an additional 900 dollars when the job is done. They provided no receipts or anything in writing which I did not question because I assumed he was honest. After mounting the toilet and leaving, Tony returned right away ( Never left the building) and asked for the $900 which I agreed to pay when the job was done. Because the job was not completed, I questioned this, and tony responded with, You are going hold up the 900 dollars for the little that needs to be done? I went ahead and paid him ........ Tony left for Florida, but his worker Sean returned a few days later and braced up the toilet with some thin wood, and was going to look for a new flange. I have not seen or had contact with either of them since, though I have texted Sean on several occasion.

The service was good. The cost was not so good. The hourly rate is high.

The technician, Sean, came out within 12 hours of my contact with Tony. Sean purchased my new faucet set after sending me photos of my options (based on my photo of the set that needed replacing) and kept it within the price range I asked for. His work was great and he explained what he'd done for me and the proper use of the set. I would not hesitate to contact Tony and his crew for future plumbing projects.
