I would highly recommend this company. They answered my call within minutes. Tony was very easy to talk to and very polite. The plumber they sent his name was Sean he got here exactly the time they said he would and was pleasant to work with. He did an excellent job. I would definitely hire this company again.

The man who came to diagnosis and treat our blocked drains was professional, friendly, efficient and neat. He worked carefully and cleaned up. We also ended up paying less than we were quoted as the job turned out to be simpler than expected.

At first, I was very happy with his response and the service provided. Then the fix failed 4 days later. Called Tony, he blamed it on us not following instructions of plumber who came, which is not true, and he declined to back up his work. He was rude and patronizing on the phone before hanging up on me. That is $365 down the drain. I do not recommend him.

Work was well done and quick turnaround from initial call to scheduled appt. Tony does charge by the hour and works a bit slow, but still good value compared to other quotes received.

Tony and his crew were excellent. Not only did they provide great service but went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues. They were very responsive even over the holiday weekend, and everybody knows when trying to get ahold of a plumber anytime is a challenge let alone a holiday weekend.
