+ 0 moreI would not recommend or use Shelton due to poor communication. After scheduling a quote on the phone and explaining what we wanted done, the landscaper came out to survey our yard. He was very curt and unwilling to work within our budget (within $1000). We then waited a week to hear back from them in which they stated they do not do landscaping jobs under a certain monetary amount. I totally understand having minimums as a company but this should have been communicated during the phone call and/or after he surveyed our land. To make us wait a week and offer no alternative solution is poor customer service. Will not use or recommend Shelton!
