When I called them, I was able to get an appointment the next day. Foukas Plumbing was prompt and they did a great job. Everything was cleaned up and best of all - they were reasonable.

Discovered huge puddle at furnace and water heater at night ... phone conversation helped pinpoint the problem. Was told what to do until morning ... Lee and Scott arrived right when they said and had arranged for city to turn off the water to the house a few minutes later, water restored quickly when finished. They let me know cost upfront and got the work done promptly. I am very glad to now have a plumber to call.

Paul and Lee were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They gave me a clear sense of when they were available, what they were doing, and got my stuff fixed in great time. They do quality work and are dependable. I will be using them again for my plumbing needs, and trust them to give me reasonable pricing for work that I can trust.

Woke up on the last day of the year with no hot water. I attempted to determine the problem, but I was getting no status lights and no response when I tried to restart it. Being the day before a major holiday and with an oncoming snowstorm to follow, I was concerned about getting it fixed right away. I called two other plumbers, one did not answer or return my call and the other said I was out of his service area. I hit a homer on my third at bat. Paul answered, asked a few questions about the type of hot water heater and said he was tied up until noon, but would come at noon. Paul and Lee showed up promptly at noon, were very friendly with our cat and promised not to let him get out, and proceeded to get our hot water heater up and running in a few minutes. Prompt, courteous, affordable, and professional, what more could anyone ask! I will definitely be turning to them again the next time we need any plumbing work done!
